Pathway in the Sea

Ever see a butterfly flutter by? John 3:7-8

Psalm 77:19

Thy way is in the sea, and thy path in the great waters, and thy footsteps are not known.

There seems to be a discrepancy in the narrative.

Victim Of Love
The Eagles
What kind of love have you got?
You should be home, but you're not
A room full of noise and dangerous boys
still makes you thirsty and hot
I heard about you and that man
There's just one thing I don't understand
You say he's a liar and he put out
your fire
How come you still got his gun in your hand?

Victim of love , I see a broken heart
You got your stories to tell
Victim of love, it's such an easy part
and you know how to play it so well

Some people never come clean
I think you know what I mean

You're walkin' the wire, pain and desire
Looking for love in between

Tell me your secrets, I'll tell you mine
This ain't no time to be cool
And tell all your girlfriends,
your "been around the world" friends
that talk is for losers and fools

Victim of love, I see a broken heart
I could be wrong, but I'm not
Victim of love, we're not so far apart
Show me, what kind of love have you got?

Victim of love, you're just a victim of love
I could be wrong , but I'm not
Victim of love, now you're a victim of love
What kind of love have you got?
What kind of love have you got?
What kind of love have you got?

Scott Shanahan did not know how to express himself. He also did not know how to defend himself. He probably would have killed Dixie eventually. What superficial, cowardly hypocrites refuse to be honest about,is: "Why?" Why would he fly into a rage when his sweet little wife failed to wake him to say goodbye to his son?

Thirty five years is definitely not an appropriate sentence for such a crime. Eternity ought to just about cover it. Goodbye, Dixie.

1 Kings 3

5In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.

6And Solomon said, Thou hast shewed unto thy servant David my father great mercy, according as he walked before thee in truth, and in righteousness, and in uprightness of heart with thee; and thou hast kept for him this great kindness, that thou hast given him a son to sit on his throne, as it is this day.

7And now, O LORD my God, thou hast made thy servant king instead of David my father: and I am but a little child: I know not how to go out or come in.

8And thy servant is in the midst of thy people which thou hast chosen, a great people, that cannot be numbered nor counted for multitude.

9Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?

10And the speech pleased the LORD, that Solomon had asked this thing.

11And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;

12Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.

13And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.

14And if thou wilt walk in my ways, to keep my statutes and my commandments, as thy father David did walk, then I will lengthen thy days.

15And Solomon awoke; and, behold, it was a dream. And he came to Jerusalem, and stood before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, and offered up burnt offerings, and offered peace offerings, and made a feast to all his servants.

16Then came there two women, that were harlots, unto the king, and stood before him.

17And the one woman said, O my lord, I and this woman dwell in one house; and I was delivered of a child with her in the house.

18And it came to pass the third day after that I was delivered, that this woman was delivered also: and we were together; there was no stranger with us in the house, save we two in the house.

19And this woman's child died in the night; because she overlaid it.

20And she arose at midnight, and took my son from beside me, while thine handmaid slept, and laid it in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom.

21And when I rose in the morning to give my child suck, behold, it was dead: but when I had considered it in the morning, behold, it was not my son, which I did bear.

22And the other woman said, Nay; but the living is my son, and the dead is thy son. And this said, No; but the dead is thy son, and the living is my son. Thus they spake before the king.

23Then said the king, The one saith, This is my son that liveth, and thy son is the dead: and the other saith, Nay; but thy son is the dead, and my son is the living.

24And the king said, Bring me a sword. And they brought a sword before the king.

25And the king said, Divide the living child in two, and give half to the one, and half to the other.

26Then spake the woman whose the living child was unto the king, for her bowels yearned upon her son, and she said, O my lord, give her the living child, and in no wise slay it. But the other said, Let it be neither mine nor thine, but divide it.

27Then the king answered and said, Give her the living child, and in no wise slay it: she is the mother thereof.

28And all Israel heard of the judgment which the king had judged; and they feared the king: for they saw that the wisdom of God was in him, to do judgment.

Matthew 5

31It hath been said, Whosoever shall put away his wife, let him give her a writing of divorcement:

32But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery.

33Again, ye have heard that it hath been said by them of old time, Thou shalt not forswear thyself, but shalt perform unto the Lord thine oaths:

34But I say unto you, Swear not at all; neither by heaven; for it is God's throne:

35Nor by the earth; for it is his footstool: neither by Jerusalem; for it is the city of the great King.

36Neither shalt thou swear by thy head, because thou canst not make one hair white or black.

37But let your communication be, Yea, yea; Nay, nay: for whatsoever is more than these cometh of evil.

38Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

39But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

40And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

41And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

42Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

43Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

44But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;

45That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust.

Matthew 23

1Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,

2Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses' seat:

3All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

4For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men's shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

5But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments,

6And love the uppermost rooms at feasts, and the chief seats in the synagogues,

7And greetings in the markets, and to be called of men, Rabbi, Rabbi.

8But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.

9And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

10Neither be ye called masters: for one is your Master, even Christ.

11But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

12And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

13But woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

14Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye devour widows' houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater damnation.

15Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, ye make him twofold more the child of hell than yourselves.

(I heard you quit Mary Kay to do missionary work with your mother in India.)

16Woe unto you, ye blind guides, which say, Whosoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whosoever shall swear by the gold of the temple, he is a debtor!

17Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gold, or the temple that sanctifieth the gold?

18And, Whosoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whosoever sweareth by the gift that is upon it, he is guilty.

19Ye fools and blind: for whether is greater, the gift, or the altar that sanctifieth the gift?

20Whoso therefore shall swear by the altar, sweareth by it, and by all things thereon.

21And whoso shall swear by the temple, sweareth by it, and by him that dwelleth therein.

22And he that shall swear by heaven, sweareth by the throne of God, and by him that sitteth thereon.

James 5

1Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.

2Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.

3Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.

4Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of sabaoth.

5Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.

6Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you.

7Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain.

8Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.

9Grudge not one against another, brethren, lest ye be condemned: behold, the judge standeth before the door.

10Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.

11Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

12But above all things, my brethren, swear not, neither by heaven, neither by the earth, neither by any other oath: but let your yea be yea; and your nay, nay; lest ye fall into condemnation.

1 Corinthians 7

1Now concerning the things whereof ye wrote unto me: It is good for a man not to touch a woman.

2Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband.

3Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband.

4The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband: and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.

5Defraud ye not one the other, except it be with consent for a time, that ye may give yourselves to fasting and prayer; and come together again, that Satan tempt you not for your incontinency.

6But I speak this by permission, and not of commandment.

7For I would that all men were even as I myself. But every man hath his proper gift of God, one after this manner, and another after that.

8I say therefore to the unmarried and widows, it is good for them if they abide even as I.

9But if they cannot contain, let them marry: for it is better to marry than to burn.

10And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband:

11But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife.

12But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away.

13And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him.

14For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy.

15But if the unbelieving depart, let him (or her) depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.

16For what knowest thou, O wife, whether thou shalt save thy husband? or how knowest thou, O man, whether thou shalt save thy wife?

17But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk. And so ordain I in all churches.

(You initiated the divorce proceedings. Giving me "ten days to object" with "supervised visitation" as a condition of a court order obtained by false statements and omissions of material facts as to my conduct and behavior did not make the divorce my decision. It was a blatant attempt to use the power of the legal system as a gun to my head to extort my submission to your personal, ungodly authority. Your terms were not only completely unacceptable, they were despicable. The divorce was your decision alone. I simply elected not to play the role assigned to me in your distorted, co-dependent, narcissistic, sociopathic little script.)

1 Timothy 2

8I will therefore that men pray every where, lifting up holy hands, without wrath and doubting.

9In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array;

10But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.

11Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.

12But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

13For Adam was first formed, then Eve.

14And Adam was not deceived, but the woman being deceived was in the transgression.

15Notwithstanding she shall be saved in childbearing, if they continue in faith and charity and holiness with sobriety.

(As for your remarriage the very day our divorce was final, my communications with you and your new "husband", the aforementioned falsely obtained restraining order notwithstanding, were made pursuant to the following guidelines in God's Law. As soon as I heard of it,I intervened:)

Numbers 30

1And Moses spake unto the heads of the tribes concerning the children of Israel, saying, This is the thing which the LORD hath commanded.

2If a man vow a vow unto the LORD, or swear an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceedeth out of his mouth.

3If a woman also vow a vow unto the LORD, and bind herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth;

4And her father hear her vow, and her bond wherewith she hath bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her; then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she hath bound her soul shall stand.

5But if her father disallow her in the day that he heareth; not any of her vows, or of her bonds wherewith she hath bound her soul, shall stand: and the LORD shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.

6And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered ought out of her lips, wherewith she bound her soul;

7And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.

8But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, wherewith she bound her soul, of none effect: and the LORD shall forgive her.

9But every vow of a widow, and of her that is divorced, wherewith they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.

10And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;

11And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and disallowed her not: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond wherewith she bound her soul shall stand.

12But if her husband hath utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatsoever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband hath made them void; and the LORD shall forgive her.

13Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.

14But if her husband altogether hold his peace at her from day to day; then he establisheth all her vows, or all her bonds, which are upon her: he confirmeth them, because he held his peace at her in the day that he heard them.

15But if he shall any ways make them void after that he hath heard them; then he shall bear her iniquity.

16These are the statutes, which the LORD commanded Moses, between a man and his wife, between the father and his daughter, being yet in her youth in her father's house.

My subsequent prosecution by the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office was simply the legal system acting as your personal murder weapon. As for your "husband", what kind of man gloats over another in custodial chains when he is being railroaded by the legal system on his unjust behalf? Did you notice me shaking my head at such a contemptible and pathetic display? I would like to add the following stipulation to the First Amendment Petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow".(It is explicitly NOT a "plea bargain". All of the terms and conditions of the Petition shall be carried into full force and effect insofar as is humanly possible with such aid and guidance as the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ in His perfect wisdom and gracious mercy deigns to supply.[Don't be bashful, Lord.]):

Deuteronomy 19

15One witness shall not rise up against a man for any iniquity, or for any sin, in any sin that he sinneth: at the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established.

16If a false witness rise up against any man to testify against him that which is wrong;

17Then both the men, between whom the controversy is, shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges, which shall be in those days;

18And the judges shall make diligent inquisition: and, behold, if the witness be a false witness, and hath testified falsely against his brother;

19Then shall ye do unto him, as he had thought to have done unto his brother: so shalt thou put the evil away from among you.

20And those which remain shall hear, and fear, and shall henceforth commit no more any such evil among you.

21And thine eye shall not pity; but life shall go for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot.

Proverbs 25

2It is the glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honour of kings is to search out a matter.

Subject: Daxx Dalton's First Amendment rights.

The school principal that suspended Daxx Dalton with the explanation that his t-shirt caused a disruption or was disruptive violated his first amendment rights, and supports the legal reality that liberals, or whatever you categorize the "democratic" ideology under, are enemies of the U.S. Constitution, are treasonous, and should be charged, tried and if convicted, executed as such. In support of this thesis, I offer the following argument.
It was not Daxx Dalton nor his "Obama, a terrorist's best friend" t-shirt that was disruptive. It was leftist- indoctrinated and sympathetic students that were disruptive in their intolerant response to Daxx Dalton's free expression of his First Amendment rights. Instead of instructing the students in the benefits of the concept of "liberty and justice for all" and disciplining the other students' unconstitutional intolerance of young Mr. Dalton and his First Amendment rights, the faculty affirmed the other students' unconstitutional intolerance and characterized young Dalton's exercise of his First Amendment rights as the cause of the disruption in a classic "blame the victim" scenario. There is no place in an authentic, Constitutional America (an historically extinct and currently merely theoretical nation) for that.
That is the conduct of enemies of the First Amendment, the Constitution, the American People and humanity in general. It is treasonous and criminal. I think "ideological Nazism" more accurately describes the "liberal" concept of human rights, rooted as it is in amoral materialism, as opposed to the Bill of Rights, which is rooted in transcendant objective truth as derived from the objective universal standards of right and wrong expressed in the Mosaic Decalogue, or Ten Commandments. The two are mutually exclusive and antithetical, as evidenced by the "secular humanist" judicial compulsion to expunge all things Judeo-Christian from public policy. Amusingly, just as cancer cannot exist without a host organism, so can socialism not exist without a host economy. Likewise, both the host organism and the host economy are much better off without the cancer or the socialism. And just as AIDS disables the immunological defenses of the human body, so does false, leftist-tolerant "conservatism" disable the Constitutional defenses of the American Republic.

Could Steven Spielberg reply to the talking mountains of Switzerland, or does he just echo lies?

Creux du Van in Canton Neuchatel showing the limestone layers visible in the Jura Mountains
The Jura is a limestone range running from Lake Geneva to the Rhine river. This area makes up about 12% of Switzerland's land area. Located about 700 meters (2,297 ft) above sea level, this region is characterized by a limestone highland with deep river valleys.
The limestone rock in the Jura is a Jurassic period rock with numerous fossils and dinosaur tracks. The name Jurassic actually refers to the Jura region where these fossils were studied at the end of the 18th century.[11] The Jura is considered one of the most important sites for dinosaur footprints in the world. In one area near the village of Courtedoux, over 1,500 footprints were discovered in between 2002 and 2004 with an estimated 4,000-5,000 footprints still undiscovered.[12]

aaaaah... just one more thing, Mr. Spielberg....... if da dinosaur tracks were made in soft material, how were the impressions preserved while the material hardened? Wouldn't wind or tides or other fluid phenomena have wiped dem out? ...unless dey were covered by some protective material in the interim? Aaaah... can you explain what the talking mountains are telling us? I'm kinda puzzled...

THEROPOD DINOSAUR TRACKS FROM THE UPPER CRETACEOUS (TURONIAN) MORENO
HILL FORMATION OF NEW MEXICO

DOUGLAS G. WOLFE
New Mexico Museum of Natural History and Science, 1801 Mountain Rd, NW, Albuquerque, NM 87104 (excerpted)
PRESERVATION ISSUES

The Moreno Hill Formation theropod tracks exhibit fine details
that require further study. The fossils are at risk from environmental degradation
and the finer material containing the track impressions will eventually
peel away from the firmer underlying sandstone. The tracks are
also at risk from vandalism. Efforts are currently underway to evaluate
potential preservation options in a challenging wilderness setting. At a
minimum the tracks will be cast following preparation and additional
documentation.

Gatesy (2003), Lockley (1998) and Milan (2006) have discussed
the various mechanisms and factors that affect track imprint preservation,
and the Moreno Hill tracks appear to present examples of several preservation
styles. Several of the "small-sized" tracks noted on Figures 2 and 3
appear as underprints exposed after weathering removed the overlying finer
mudstone to expose the underlying firmer sandstone. The underprints appear
as relatively unsegmented fusiform shapes created by medial-to-distal
digit impressions, suggesting a highly digitigrade posture of the track maker.
The better-preserved Moreno Hill tracks shown in Figures 4 and 5
show (but to a lesser degree) features described by Gatesy (2003) and Milan
(2006), where relatively deep tracks were made in softer, fine-grained substrates.
These include the displacement and subsequent in-filling of fluidrich
sediment as the pes was set down and later retracted upwards. The
track impression shown here in Figure 5 shows some of the en-echelon
sedimentary fabric within the impression typical of such "deep tracks" and
may also preserve an impression of the digit II claw formed as sediment
filled the track during/following retraction of the pes.

First Dinosaur Tracks from the Arabian Peninsula (excerpted)

Background

The evolutionary history of Mesozoic terrestrial vertebrates from the Arabian Peninsula is virtually unknown. Despite vast exposures of rocky outcrops, only a handful of fossils have yet been described from the region. Here we report a multi-taxon dinosaur track assemblage near Madar village, 47 km north of Sana'a, Republic of Yemen. This represents the first dinosaur tracksite from the Arabian Peninsula, and the only multi-taxon dinosaur ichnosite in the Middle East.

Discussion

The earliest sauropods are described from Upper Triassic of South Africa [24], indicating that the initial diversification of the group likely occurred before the separation of much of Pangaea, and as with the ornithopods, certainly predated the breakup of Gondwana. By the mid-Jurassic, sauropod dinosaurs are known from either body fossils or footprints from every major continental landmass except Antarctica [25], indicating a more or less global distribution.

...so deir tracks, eggs, skeletons, nests, etc. are preserved, in many cases, structurally intact, ...on every continent except Antarctica...but deir habitat has been obliterated beyond recognition... can you explain dis, Mr. Spielberg? Because forensic study of past tsunamis in the U.S. Pacific Northwest shows alternating layers of sand and mud as water flowed alternately inland and seaward as serial tsunamis struck the coast, presumably from seismic events at the offshore tectonic subduction zone...

The 1700 Cascadia Subduction Earthquake - Tsunami Deposits along the Cascadia Coast (excerpted)

Since 1987, when Brian Atwater of the USGS first reported finding evidence for repeated subsidence of coastal lowlands in Washington, scientists have searched for further geologic traces of great subduction earthquakes in the Northwest. Shortly after Atwater's discovery, researchers found evidence of a great tsunami in sand deposits along coastal areas of the Northwest.
Joanne Bourgeois, a researcher from the University of Washington, reported that sand sheets covering the buried wetlands along coastal Washington and Oregon closely resemble sand sheets deposited on lowlands of southern Chile by the great tsunami that followed the 1960 Chilean earthquake. Mary Reinhart, also from the University of Washington, studied the thickness of the Washington sand deposits and concluded that they are the result of what was likely a 10 meter tsunami along Washington's coast.
These sand sheets are layers of ocean sand in between layers of soil and mud. Atwater, Bourgeois, Rinehart and others believe that these sand sheets were created when a series of tsunami waves washed over subsided regions of the coastline and deposited sand, which later became covered over in mud.
Researchers considered the possibility that these sand deposits might be the result of nonseismic processes such as storms. However, Bourgeois and Reinhart's studies of these buried sediments and computer generated model simulations concluded that gigantic waves are the best explanation.

...perhaps you could clear up the mystery... of apparent global tsunamis (lateral water flows)... occurring over what are now mountains...

(Update: 08-09-09: On the History Channel's "Prehistoric Monsters Revealed" (erred at 9 a.m. 08-02-09) the paleon-tell-lie-gists said that in 99.9% of the cases, specimens are not preserved as fossils. Preservation in sediments is very rare. I'm somewhat puzzled by these statements. Aren't carcasses much more durable than footprints? If carcass preservation is extremely rare, wouldn't footprint preservation be almost, or totally, non-existent? They sound more like parrots than scientists.)

In this video clip, the "scientists" admit that the so-called "geologic timescale" is formulated to accommodate the evolutionary narrative, not the hard evidence itself. Yet they laud the adoption of the Ediacaran Period as equivalent to the discovery of a new planet.

Geologic time scale (excerpted)

The identification of strata by the fossils they contained, pioneered by William Smith, Georges Cuvier, Jean d'Omalius d'Halloy, and Alexandre Brogniart in the early 19th century, enabled geologists to divide Earth history more precisely. It also enabled them to correlate strata across national (or even continental) boundaries. If two strata (however distant in space or different in composition) contained the same fossils, chances were good that they had been laid down at the same time.

Ediacaran (excerpted)

The Ediacaran Period (play /ˌdiˈækərən/; named after the Ediacara Hills of South Australia) is the last geological period of the Neoproterozoic Era and of theProterozoic Eon, immediately preceding the Cambrian Period, the first period of the Paleozoic Era and of the Phanerozoic Eon. Its status as an official geological period was ratified in 2004 by the International Union of Geological Sciences (IUGS), making it the first new geological period declared in 120 years.[5][6][7.....( Punctuation Periods. We should insert these into the Geologic Timescale. Can I have the Nobel Prize in Geology? Never mind. I prefer to keep my soul.)
Cap carbonates generally have a restricted geographic distribution (due to specific conditions of their precipitation) and usually siliciclastic sediments replace laterally the cap carbonates in a rather short distance and cap carbonates do not occur above every tillite elsewhere in the world. The C-isotope chemostratigraphic characteristics obtained for contemporaneous cap carbonates in different parts of the world may be variable in a wide range owing to different degrees of secondary alteration of carbonates, dissimilar criteria used for selection of the least altered samples, and, as far as the C-isotope data are concerned, due to primary lateral variations of δ l3Ccarb in the upper layer of the ocean.[14][17] Furthermore, Oman presents in its stratigraphic record a large negative carbon isotope excursion, within the Shuram[18] Formation that is clearly away from any glacial evidence[19] strongly questioning systematic association of negative δ l3Ccarb excursion and glacial events.[20] As to the Treptichnus pedum, a reference ichnofossil for the lower boundary of the Cambrian, its usage for the stratigraphic detection of this boundary is always risky because of the occurrence of very similar trace fossils belonging to the Treptichnids group well below the T. pedum in Namibia, Spain and Newfoundland, and possibly, in the western United States. The stratigraphic range of T. pedum overlaps the range of the Ediacaran fossils in Namibia, and probably in Spain.[14][21]
Questioning or doubting or flat-out disbelieving the Darwinian account of the origins of mankind (which is the actual belligerent aim of the entire "theory") is categorized as anti-intellectual. Going ad hominem against anyone who challenges your claims or views is anti-intellectual and un-scientific, and is demonstrably satanic.

Noun

  1. (logical fallacy) A fallacious objection to an argument or factual claim by appealing to a characteristic or belief of the person making the argument or claim, rather than by addressing the substance of the argument or producing evidence against the claim; an attempt to argue against an opponent's idea by discrediting the opponent himself.
Science (from Latin: scientia meaning "knowledge") is a systematic enterprise that builds and organizes knowledge in the form of testable explanations and predictions about the world.
Adam and Eve conducted the first scientific experiment. They tested the serpent's theory against God's Word. The results of that experiment are abundantly evident. The theory proved false and God's Word proved true. They could have trusted God and cross-examined Him, as He invites mankind to reason with Him, BUT NOOOOO!, they condemned Him without a hearing, and God was left to cross-examine Himself in the Person of His only begotten Son, Jesus Christ. The results of that cross-examination shall resound through all eternity. God not only does not lie, He cannot lie. Many will test the theory, as Adam and Eve did, with the same result. Believe Him, and you will live. Disbelieve Him, and in dying you shall die.

.Revelation 12

1And there appeared a great wonder in heaven; a woman clothed with the sun, and the moon under her feet, and upon her head a crown of twelve stars:
2And she being with child cried, travailing in birth, and pained to be delivered.
3And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns, and seven crowns upon his heads.
4And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born.
5And she brought forth a man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron: and her child was caught up unto God, and to his throne.
6And the woman fled into the wilderness, where she hath a place prepared of God, that they should feed her there a thousand two hundred and threescore days.
7And there was war in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon; and the dragon fought and his angels,
8And prevailed not; neither was their place found any more in heaven.
9And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
10And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.
11And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.
12Therefore rejoice, ye heavens, and ye that dwell in them. Woe to the inhabiters of the earth and of the sea! for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath, because he knoweth that he hath but a short time.
13And when the dragon saw that he was cast unto the earth, he persecuted the woman which brought forth the man child.
14And to the woman were given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness, into her place, where she is nourished for a time, and times, and half a time, from the face of the serpent.
15And the serpent cast out of his mouth water as a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away of the flood.
16And the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened her mouth, and swallowed up the flood which the dragon cast out of his mouth.
17And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
The consensus among teachers of Bible prophecy is that the woman in this passage is the Jewish People. From Genesis to Revelation, the conflict is between what God has said and what the serpent has said to contradict Him, and the condemnation or salvation of Mankind is contingent upon which narrative is believed. The serpent cast out of his mouth water as a FLOOD. The earth opened her mouth and swallowed the FLOOD. The vast majority of Jews are of a secular, Darwinist world view because of a flood of voices affirming that narrative of origins. The fossil evidence, which is testimony coming out of the Earth, is actually contradicting Darwin, but as we see in the video,"experts" slavishly and dogmatically adhere to the Darwinist narrative. But what does the global fossil evidence unanimously indicate? Catastrophe and mass extinction. To what does the Scriptural narrative attribute such phenomena? The Noahic Deluge or FLOOD.
The serpent has cast a flood of denials of the Biblical origins of the Cosmos and the Flood out of his mouth. The Earth is testifying in the affirmative to it. The Noahic Flood itself is the lynch pin of the controversy. In the words of Jesus Christ Himself:

This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.

Luke 4

16And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up for to read.
17And there was delivered unto him the book of the prophet Esaias. And when he had opened the book, he found the place where it was written,
18The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
19To preach the acceptable year of the Lord.
20And he closed the book, and he gave it again to the minister, and sat down. And the eyes of all them that were in the synagogue were fastened on him.
21And he began to say unto them, This day is this scripture fulfilled in your ears.
22And all bare him witness, and wondered at the gracious words which proceeded out of his mouth. And they said, Is not this Joseph's son?
23And he said unto them, Ye will surely say unto me this proverb, Physician, heal thyself: whatsoever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in thy country.
24And he said, Verily I say unto you, No prophet is accepted in his own country.
25But I tell you of a truth, many widows were in Israel in the days of Elias, when the heaven was shut up three years and six months, when great famine was throughout all the land;
26But unto none of them was Elias sent, save unto Sarepta, a city of Sidon, unto a woman that was a widow.
27And many lepers were in Israel in the time of Eliseus the prophet; and none of them was cleansed, saving Naaman the Syrian.
28And all they in the synagogue, when they heard these things, were filled with wrath,
29And rose up, and thrust him out of the city, and led him unto the brow of the hill whereon their city was built, that they might cast him down headlong.
30But he passing through the midst of them went his way,
31And came down to Capernaum, a city of Galilee, and taught them on the sabbath days.
32And they were astonished at his doctrine: for his word was with power.

The Alpine shepherds have a beautiful custom of ending the day by singing to one another an evening farewell. The air is so crystalline that the song will carry long distances. As the dusk begins to fall, they gather their flocks and begin to lead them down the mountain paths, singing, "Hitherto hath the Lord helped us. Let us praise His name!"

And at last with a sweet courtesy, they sing to one another the friendly farewell: "Goodnight! Goodnight!" The words are taken up by the echoes, and from side to side the song goes reverberating sweetly and softly until the music dies away in the distance.

So let us call out to one another through the darkness, till the gloom becomes vocal with many voices, encouraging the pilgrim host. Let the echoes gather till a very storm of Hallelujahs break in thundering waves around the sapphire throne, and then as the morning breaks we shall find ourselves at the margin of the sea of glass, crying, with the redeemed host, "Blessing and honor and glory be unto him that sitteth on the throne and to the Lamb forever and ever!"

"This my song through endless ages,
Jesus led me all the way."

"Never bet on the white guy?" As a child, I saw George Kennedy at LAX. As a young teen, I saw O.J. Simpson at LAX. (I also saw Bob Denver at LAX, and in an odd coincidence, later in this movie, a trip to the "Gilligan Islands" is awarded as a door prize.) That is nothing compared to what I'm seeing nowadays.

Hosea 9

1Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as other people: for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor.
2The floor and the winepress shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail in her.
3They shall not dwell in the LORD's land; but Ephraim shall return to Egypt, and they shall eat unclean things in Assyria.
4They shall not offer wine offerings to the LORD, neither shall they be pleasing unto him: their sacrifices shall be unto them as the bread of mourners; all that eat thereof shall be polluted: for their bread for their soul shall not come into the house of the LORD.
5What will ye do in the solemn day, and in the day of the feast of the LORD?
6For, lo, they are gone because of destruction: Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: the pleasant places for their silver, nettles shall possess them: thorns shall be in their tabernacles.
7The days of visitation are come, the days of recompence are come; Israel shall know it: the prophet is a fool, the spiritual man is mad, for the multitude of thine iniquity, and the great hatred.
8The watchman of Ephraim was with my God: but the prophet is a snare of a fowler in all his ways, and hatred in the house of his God.
9They have deeply corrupted themselves, as in the days of Gibeah: therefore he will remember their iniquity, he will visit their sins.
10I found Israel like grapes in the wilderness; I saw your fathers as the firstripe in the fig tree at her first time: but they went to Baalpeor, and separated themselves unto that shame; and their abominations were according as they loved.
11As for Ephraim, their glory shall fly away like a bird, from the birth, and from the womb, and from the conception.
12Though they bring up their children, yet will I bereave them, that there shall not be a man left: yea, woe also to them when I depart from them!
13Ephraim, as I saw Tyrus, is planted in a pleasant place: but Ephraim shall bring forth his children to the murderer.
14Give them, O LORD: what wilt thou give? give them a miscarrying womb and dry breasts.
15All their wickedness is in Gilgal: for there I hated them: for the wickedness of their doings I will drive them out of mine house, I will love them no more: all their princes are revolters.
16Ephraim is smitten, their root is dried up, they shall bear no fruit: yea, though they bring forth, yet will I slay even the beloved fruit of their womb.
17My God will cast them away, because they did not hearken unto him: and they shall be wanderers among the nations.
