The Triumph of the Conservative Underground: Glenn Beck's Holy War
A BRIEF HISTORY OF WHERE WE ARE TODAY
(1) Banks and mortgage lenders, left pretty much to their own devices after decades of deregulation, came to misbehave in a spectacular manner. They handed out mortgages to anyone.. They handed out bonuses to the most reckless mortgage -granting employees.. The credit rating agencies then proceeded to slap triple-A labels on trash mortgages, repackaged as investments. The smartest B-school graduates in the world, when their turn came, snapped up those securities for the Wall Street banks where they too pulled down monumental bonuses every year. Then, when real estate prices stopped growing, it all fell apart. Credit markets froze. Stock markets plummeted. Banks failed. And finally, government stepped in to keep the system from collapsing completely.
The story has its complicated aspects and its technical details, but on the whole it isn't historically unique or difficult to understand. It repeats, on a vastly larger scale, familiar patterns of bubble-and-bust misbehavior from the 19th century, the Roaring Twenties, the savings-and-loan failures of the 1980s and the Enron collapse.
The lesson it teaches is also simple: From the raft of Wall Street disaster books to Alan Greenspan's confession of "shocked disbelief," most people who have studied the question believe we have come to the end of an era of de-supervision. Markets do not self -regulate. Government must be involved to prevent this disaster from repeating itself.

Thomas Frank intentionally, and with malice aforethought, conceals the culpability of the Federal Government's economic interventionary policies with regard to pressuring financial institutions into making mortgages available to underqualified borrowers. Mr. Frank falsely accuses free enterprise as the villain and a centralized, state-strangled economic system as the savior. The key word in that sentence is "falsely".This is yet another example of unconventional, psychological warfare against the American public. It is the incestuous merging and centralization of public and private government that creates an environment where financial malfeasance can grow into a systemic, existential threat to the economy of the United States of America and thereby to the rest of the global community. Once this fact has been made known, and a dominant government/media paradigm mouthpiece such as Thomas Frank engages in a willfull effort to conceal it, as he has in this Playboy article, that person becomes a defendant subject to answer to the charge of Treason under "Operation Broken Arrow".
On the Friday, December 18, 2009 broadcast of the Glenn Beck Show on the Fox News Channel, hosted by Judge Andrew Napolitano, Stuart Varney defended the TARP bailout on the grounds that it prevented 25% unemployment and other consequential economic horrors stemming from the September, 2008 financial meltdown precipitated by the deliberate toxicification of fraudulently rated financial securities with "subprime" or artificially reduced and maliciously enticing initial mortgage payments presented to naive and / or criminally negligent financially underqualified and underobligated would-be homeowners/ home loan applicants. Mr. Varney defends the criminal and reprehensible financial obligation of underaged and/or unborn future American taxpayers ( including my son and daughter, who will enjoy none of the material benefits of these expenditures and reap all of the economic and political consequences) through Federal Reserve/ TARP funding and underwriting of these criminal financial instruments. Mr. Varney's defense of TARP was thus incompetently challenged or cross-examined by other members of the Glenn Beck program's panel. "Operation Broken Arrow" (9-1-08) preceded TARP by five weeks (10-8-08). Money is not wealth. Present U.S. currency is actually a transfer and reassignment of debt. Wealth is the product of organized human effort over time. When you exchange your organized efforts over time producing wealth for a paycheck, you are exchanging your wealth for debt. When you buy gas and groceries, you are exchanging your stockpile of debt for your necessary goods. The currency shall be stabilized and assigned value as a fixed unit of organized human effort over time. This will stabilize the currency and the economy without citizens being tempted to stockpile commodities such as gold because of fears of a collapse of the currency.)

Adopting that voting policy, along with the abolition of the NWO economic warfare of graduated "income tax" in favor of the equitable distribution of the tax burden by the frugality- and conservation-incentivizing policy of taxing individuals and corporations at a single, across-the-board-of-economic-classes, rate on their consumption of goods and services. Let an emergency temporary homestead status preserve housing for the population at their existing residences as necessary during the transition from the New World Order to the new Constitutional government. Attempted violations of this temporary transitional status shall be deemed felonies. Willful, malicious nonpayment of rents and mortgages under temporary homestead status shall equate to looting and shall be subject to appropriate sanctions.
