(Profound doxology to Him Who said to me of His Own incomprehensible accord, "I'll walk with you." In the words of Travis Bickle, except with abject, uncomprehending awe instead of belligerent challenge, "You talking to me?" The number seven hundred and seventy-seven is the token that the LORD gave me to signify the remembrance of His freely-given promise. That is the number that the stock market dropped during the first round of financial bailouts 28 days after I loosed (9-1-08) the petition via email containing the First Amendment Petition "Operation Broken Arrow". That number and the intersection of the financial "crisis" with the Constitutional grievances regarding the United States financial system referenced in the petition can hardly be construed as "coincidental", except by wicked haters of truth who also deliberately misconstrue our very existence in this cosmos as "coincidental". )
Enoch
There are three Enochs mentioned in the Bible (the highly similar name Hanoch is treated separately). The first Enoch is a son of Cain and the second Enoch is a town named after the first (Gen 4:17). The third Enoch is a son of Jared, of the line of Seth, third son of Adam and Eve. This Enoch, who famously "walked with God," is the seventh generation (where Adam is the first).
The name Enoch comes from the verb (hanak 693) meaning dedicate, begin. Fuerst reports additional meanings of imprint, pierce into, instruct, make wise. Derivatives are (hanik 693a) trained servant; (hanukka 693b), dedication. This noun reappears in Hanukkah, the still celebrated Feast Of Dedication (John 10:22).
Remarkably, the root (hnk 692) also yields the derivative (hek 692a), palate, mouth, with connotation of speech.
The name Enoch means Initiated (Jones) or Dedicated (NOBSE). )

I have a one word review for this book, of which I have read excerpts:
Snarky.
The author was featured on the "Jewish Voice with Jonathan Bernis" telecast this week. His thesis on humanism v. the God of the Bible was synopsized by Rabbi Bernis as a change in thinking "from a 'six' to a 'seven' ". Mr. Bernis said "Our goal is to get from a six to a seven". Trite, but carnal. ("Our goal is to get..." = human effort.) He is on to something, however.

Now, let's examine the two Enochs and Lamechs from the Cainite and Sethite dynasties in Genesis chapters 4 and 5 and see if there is something they can teach us about the realm of six and the realm of seven.

9And the LORD said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?

Tubalcain ben Lamech achieved earthly immortality of a sort. Ever hear of the Roman god Vulcan? The very mortal Tubalcain immortalized! ( He certainly died in the Flood. The god of metallurgy and fire flushed like human waste by the waters of the holy judgment of the Judeo-Christian LORD God. It goes without saying that he had it coming.) Makes the Greeks and Romans look pretty ignorant and pathetic, don't it? Makes modern secular academicians look even more ignorant and pathetic. Impressed?:

"David Freddoso's magnificent new book, "The Case Against Barack Obama," describes the forefather to "community organizers" like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton — the famed Saul Alinsky.
Alinsky is sort of the George Washington of "community organizers." If there were an America-hater's Mount Rushmore, Saul Alinsky would be on it. He tried to hire Hillary to work for him right out of Wellesley. A generation later, those who had trained with Alinsky did hire Obama as a community organizer.
In Freddoso's book, he quotes from the dedication in the first edition of Alinsky's seminal book, "Rules for Radicals," where Alinsky wrote:
"Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: From all our legends, mythology and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom —Lucifer."
I suppose it could have been worse. He could have dedicated his book to George Soros.
Even liberals eventually figured out that they shouldn't be praising Satan in public, so the Lucifer-as-inspiration paragraph was cut from later editions of Alinsky's book. (But on the bright side, MSNBC adopted as its motto: "Who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which.")

It is evident from Lamech's musical composition that the sin that devoured Cain has become the religion of Lamech. Contrast Lamech's seventy and sevenfold vengeance with Christ's seventy and sevenfold forgiveness. Also, compare Cainite Lamech's sevenfold/ seventy and sevenfold vengeance with Sethite Lamech's longevity of seven hundred and seventy-seven years. It is apparent that the Spirit of God is drawing a line between the two, or connecting the dots, so to speak. Cainite Lamech has the last word or epitaph on the Cainite Dynasty: we are going from bad to worse with the pedal to the metal. Case closed.

The "yoke" of Solomon and his son Rehoboam in this passage is explicitly a levy of taxes. The number "six hundred and threescore and six" refers to the annual weight in talents of gold that came to Solomon, "Beside that which chapmen and merchants brought. And all the kings of Arabia and governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon." Rehoboam vows to increase the burden of this taxation exponentially and, consequentially, Israel revolts and throws off the yoke of the "House of David" "to this day".
Solomon and Rehoboam are carnal, earthly "kings" of Israel. Earthly governments have no interest in giving the people rest. The yoke of Israel's worldly king is associated with the number "six hundred, threescore and six" and an increasingly pitiless taskmaster of a tax burden. Israel's worldly king symbolized Israel's rejection of the rule of the LORD God:

2Now the name of his firstborn was Joel; and the name of his second, Abiah: they were judges in Beersheba.

In thirty-three years, God, the Son, fulfilled the Law and the Prophets down to the jot and tittle, ratified and satisfied the terms of the Mosaic, as well as the other Covenants of the Hebrew Scriptures and made a New Covenant founded in the righteousness of God imputed to mankind in exchange for the condemnation of sin imputed to the Son of God on the cross, dispossessed the Adversary and repossessed the Cosmos, and totally exonerated and defended the utter blamelessness, holiness and glory of God the Creator in everything that He has done.

If we are collectively and individually responsible for "climate change", when will our activism and sacrifices to combat it be finished? Who will declare them successful? By what criteria? Should we hold our "greenhouse gas"-emitting breath waiting for the verdict? (Note "Revs." Pat Robertson and Al Sharpton side by side in a TV spot on the "issue" of "climate change". Note also Pres. '08 candidates Obama and McCain setting aside their campaigns to tout supra-partisan "national voluntary service".)
When will the "War on Terror" (or "Overseas Contingency Operation") be over? When there are no more people to be terrorized? Or when the United States Armed Forces have been so demoralized and degraded that they are no longer a credible threat to the New World Order's agenda in the U.S. and the American People have lost all interest in liberty?
These are rhetorical questions aimed at raising the consciousness (giving you ears to hear) of my readers to perceive that these and other nebulous and open-ended "causes" and disputes are designed to preoccupy, distract and wear out the population while the apparati of absolute subjugation are entrenched in the physical and virtual (mindset) worlds. I will summarize the "New World Order" in two words: No rest! Every aspect of daily life has become politicized. A kid programming his father to conserve water when brushing his teeth by buying him a tumbler to use is making him a "better man" and the credit card company would have us believe this is "priceless". To echo Jesus' lament over the religious "thought police" of His day, how can they escape the damnation of hell? Note Matt. 23:4.

The sketch's subject was the recording of the song "(Don't Fear) The Reaper" by Blue Öyster Cult and featured guest host Christopher Walken as music producer Bruce Dickinson and Will Ferrell as fictional cowbell player Gene Frenkle.

Enoch
There are three Enochs mentioned in the Bible (the highly similar name Hanoch is treated separately). The first Enoch is a son of Cain and the second Enoch is a town named after the first (Gen 4:17). The third Enoch is a son of Jared, of the line of Seth, third son of Adam and Eve. This Enoch, who famously "walked with God," is the seventh generation (where Adam is the first).
The name Enoch comes from the verb (hanak 693) meaning dedicate, begin. Fuerst reports additional meanings of imprint, pierce into, instruct, make wise. Derivatives are (hanik 693a) trained servant; (hanukka 693b), dedication. This noun reappears in Hanukkah, the still celebrated Feast Of Dedication (John 10:22).
Remarkably, the root (hnk 692) also yields the derivative (hek 692a), palate, mouth, with connotation of speech.
The name Enoch means Initiated (Jones) or Dedicated (NOBSE). )

I have a one word review for this book, of which I have read excerpts:
Snarky.
The author was featured on the "Jewish Voice with Jonathan Bernis" telecast this week. His thesis on humanism v. the God of the Bible was synopsized by Rabbi Bernis as a change in thinking "from a 'six' to a 'seven' ". Mr. Bernis said "Our goal is to get from a six to a seven". Trite, but carnal. ("Our goal is to get..." = human effort.) He is on to something, however.
1 Corinthians 2:13Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual.
(As Rabbi Bernis and his subsequent guests will appreciate ) "coincidentally", the Spirit of God has been unfolding apocalypse to me concerning the "number of the beast" in the Revelation of Jesus Christ, chapter thirteen. It is NOT "six, six, six" as Snarky Schlatter implied in his relating it to the three-fold (mind/soul/body) nature of humankind:

Seven connotes the eternally finished and complete work of God in creation.

Now, let's examine the two Enochs and Lamechs from the Cainite and Sethite dynasties in Genesis chapters 4 and 5 and see if there is something they can teach us about the realm of six and the realm of seven.

"David Freddoso's magnificent new book, "The Case Against Barack Obama," describes the forefather to "community organizers" like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton — the famed Saul Alinsky.
Alinsky is sort of the George Washington of "community organizers." If there were an America-hater's Mount Rushmore, Saul Alinsky would be on it. He tried to hire Hillary to work for him right out of Wellesley. A generation later, those who had trained with Alinsky did hire Obama as a community organizer.
In Freddoso's book, he quotes from the dedication in the first edition of Alinsky's seminal book, "Rules for Radicals," where Alinsky wrote:
"Lest we forget at least an over-the-shoulder acknowledgment to the very first radical: From all our legends, mythology and history (and who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which), the first radical known to man who rebelled against the establishment and did it so effectively that he at least won his own kingdom —Lucifer."
I suppose it could have been worse. He could have dedicated his book to George Soros.
Even liberals eventually figured out that they shouldn't be praising Satan in public, so the Lucifer-as-inspiration paragraph was cut from later editions of Alinsky's book. (But on the bright side, MSNBC adopted as its motto: "Who is to know where mythology leaves off and history begins — or which is which.")

It is evident from Lamech's musical composition that the sin that devoured Cain has become the religion of Lamech. Contrast Lamech's seventy and sevenfold vengeance with Christ's seventy and sevenfold forgiveness. Also, compare Cainite Lamech's sevenfold/ seventy and sevenfold vengeance with Sethite Lamech's longevity of seven hundred and seventy-seven years. It is apparent that the Spirit of God is drawing a line between the two, or connecting the dots, so to speak. Cainite Lamech has the last word or epitaph on the Cainite Dynasty: we are going from bad to worse with the pedal to the metal. Case closed.

The "yoke" of Solomon and his son Rehoboam in this passage is explicitly a levy of taxes. The number "six hundred and threescore and six" refers to the annual weight in talents of gold that came to Solomon, "Beside that which chapmen and merchants brought. And all the kings of Arabia and governors of the country brought gold and silver to Solomon." Rehoboam vows to increase the burden of this taxation exponentially and, consequentially, Israel revolts and throws off the yoke of the "House of David" "to this day".
Solomon and Rehoboam are carnal, earthly "kings" of Israel. Earthly governments have no interest in giving the people rest. The yoke of Israel's worldly king is associated with the number "six hundred, threescore and six" and an increasingly pitiless taskmaster of a tax burden. Israel's worldly king symbolized Israel's rejection of the rule of the LORD God:

2Now the name of his firstborn was Joel; and the name of his second, Abiah: they were judges in Beersheba.
3And his sons walked not in his ways, but turned aside after lucre, and took bribes, and perverted judgment.

5And said unto him, Behold, thou art old, and thy sons walk not in thy ways: now make us a king to judge us like all the nations.

7And the LORD said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.

If we are collectively and individually responsible for "climate change", when will our activism and sacrifices to combat it be finished? Who will declare them successful? By what criteria? Should we hold our "greenhouse gas"-emitting breath waiting for the verdict? (Note "Revs." Pat Robertson and Al Sharpton side by side in a TV spot on the "issue" of "climate change". Note also Pres. '08 candidates Obama and McCain setting aside their campaigns to tout supra-partisan "national voluntary service".)
When will the "War on Terror" (or "Overseas Contingency Operation") be over? When there are no more people to be terrorized? Or when the United States Armed Forces have been so demoralized and degraded that they are no longer a credible threat to the New World Order's agenda in the U.S. and the American People have lost all interest in liberty?
These are rhetorical questions aimed at raising the consciousness (giving you ears to hear) of my readers to perceive that these and other nebulous and open-ended "causes" and disputes are designed to preoccupy, distract and wear out the population while the apparati of absolute subjugation are entrenched in the physical and virtual (mindset) worlds. I will summarize the "New World Order" in two words: No rest! Every aspect of daily life has become politicized. A kid programming his father to conserve water when brushing his teeth by buying him a tumbler to use is making him a "better man" and the credit card company would have us believe this is "priceless". To echo Jesus' lament over the religious "thought police" of His day, how can they escape the damnation of hell? Note Matt. 23:4.

Obama: "I Shared My Peanut Butter And Jelly Sandwich"

In Raleigh just now, Barack Obama went beyond the prepared remarks in pushing back on McCain's "socialist" attacks, ad-libbing about the shadowy Marxist and redistributionist leanings he's secretly harbored since kindergarten:
"By the end of the week, he'll be accusing me of being a secret communist because I shared my toys in kindergarten," Obama said, as per the prepared remarks. Then he added: "I shared my -- I shared my peanut butter and jelly sandwich."
It's a nifty way of highlighting, in a roundabout way, the McCain-Palin attacks in all their utter childishness.
A Neiman Marxist.
What would you do if you had $150,000 to spend?
Buy a house? Pay for prescription drugs?
The Palin shopping spree is more than the average American household spends on clothes in 80 years.

A voting age is a minimum age established by law that a person must attain in order to be eligible to vote in a public election.
The vast majority of countries in the world have established a voting age. Most governments consider that those of an age lower than the chosen threshold lack the necessary capacity to independently decide how to cast a vote. The voting age is often of such importance that it is set by means of a constitutional provision.
At the present time the voting age across the world is typically 18. When the right to vote was first accorded in democracies the voting age was generally set at 21, or in some cases at an even higher level. In the 1970s widespread reform led to a reduction to 18 in a large number of countries. Debate is currently underway in many places on proposals to reduce the voting age below 18.
Restricting voting rights to persons of a certain age is based on the assumption that maturity and wisdom come with age. Obama's campaign and entire political party depend upon this NOT being the case.
(The Democratic Party is a GOP-enabled front for the New World Order ant-colony-esque collectivist agenda-i.e: individual identity and worth are subsumed by the amoral materialistic priorities of the Luciferian sorcerer-elite-ruled collective. I heard the screams long before I could see him, but as I wheeled my grocery cart around to the next aisle of the store, there he was!
With angry tears streaming out of squinty eyes, the little boy was shouting, “Gimme it!” His mom glanced at me for a moment. I won’t debate the merits of her actions, but, embarrassed and worn down, she grabbed the cheap trinket and tossed it into her cart.
I think I recognized that kid. He looked a lot like me. Yes, I’ve often been the willful child. And sometimes I’ve even pleaded with God, “Why not? Why can’t I have it?” On occasion, God’s given me what I wanted, but not because I wore Him down. No, I think He wanted me to see what happens when I put myself in charge.
What we think is best is not necessarily the best that God desires for us. In Isaiah 55:8, the Lord said, “My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways.”
In his book Days of Grace, tennis champion Arthur Ashe paraphrased James 1:5 when he wrote this advice to his young daughter: “Ask God for the wisdom to know what is right, what God wants done, and the will to do it.”

It appears that in 2008 America, the candidate endorsed by Ronald McDonald is a shoo-in for whatever office they are running for, as long as he's supplying peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and the nameless and faceless worker caste that produces the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches remains voiceless, mis-informed and mis-represented. I want to examine the 401(k) retirement plan in light of the breakdown (both meanings are applicable) of the U.S.financial system held forth here. The intent is to illustrate the reality that the Federal Government is wicked, subverted, operates in bad faith, and must rightly be dragged into the Public Square, have its crimes against Heaven, the American People, the U.S. Constitution, and humanity in general, read before all the world, and have its malicious little minions duly executed for treason.
Thanks to our wonderful income tax system and the convoluted tax code that regulates it, the "financial services" racketeers that transformed the U.S. Federal Government into their private corporate security, enforcement and collection agency were able to herd the American People into pouring their retirement funds into tax-deferred plans called "401(k) 's". Think about it. Financial services "investment" management interests, through manipulation of Federal Government income tax policy, incentivized unsuspecting, law-abiding, taxpaying American Citizens to entrust their retirement savings to the inherently predatory investment banking system by creating these products. A Federal Reserve reduction of interest rates accelerated mortgage lending and housing market transactions to fever pitch in the early part of this decade. Simultaneously, Federal Government-sponsored enterprises "Fannie Mae" and "Freddie Mac" were generating "certain failure" sub-prime mortgages that were packaged as "securities" and injected into the financial system from the other end. These sub-prime lending activities led directly to the financial crisis currently unfolding in the global financial system. Thanks to the liquidity seizure caused by these "toxic assets", the private financial sector extorted the $700b-plus bailout from Congress, holding the rest of the economy hostage. The upshot of the deal is that Americans have seen years of good faith investments evaporate into the debt vacuum created by the sub-prime lending orgy, and have had a trillion dollars or so added to the national tab for the privilege.
None of this would be possible without (a) the 1913 Federal Reserve Act - era Constitutional amendment for power to tax income, (b) incestuous collusion between private financial services corporations and the Federal Government in creating these tax-deferred retirement products, (c) the existence of the centralized Federal Reserve Banking system and its attendant centralized power over finance and the national economy through Federal regulatory authority, and (d) the almost automatic participation of underqualified borrowers and unscrupulous lender/brokers in an anti-regulated, loss-immune, hyper-aggressive mortgage banking environment. Oops?!?! (A McCain Campaign spokesman said that McCain's plan for Treasury to buy down mortgages would exclude "unqualified" homeowners, or homeowners that pay their bills and live within their means. That's not a moral hazard. That's a moral atrocity. In all of this, if you play by the rules, you get hosed, but if you lie, cheat and steal, you skate. The reason being that the Federal Government is run by the predators and is not free to protect and defend the people. The financial system's plan is basically, "Thanks for playing, better luck next time". "Operation Broken Arrow" is "GAME OVER!" for the New World Order in the United States of America and prosecution to the full extent of the law for the perpetrators.)
Bret Baier of Fox News reported two interesting factoids in the 450-page Senate version of the "bailout bill": tax relief for manufacturers of children's toy wooden arrows and for research into wool products. (Note the reference to "shearing the american sheep" in the blog post, and that much was made about the toy arrows in the Fox reportage.) Coincidence? Or utter contempt for the American People and our Constitutional delusions? Probably coincidence as far as the authors of the Senate Bill are concerned. Senator Chris Dodd declared that the passage of the Senate bailout bill was an example of the government functioning the way the Founders intended. But then take a second look at President Bush's remarks expressing solidarity with the "global community":

I know of no such nations publicly expressing interest in going their own way at this time.
Is that a veiled threat against the Constitutional aspirations of the American People, Mr. President?

This incestuous monstrosity must be aborted immediately. If you don't believe the Federal Government has been coopted by private, corporate government, note the UPC code. The "U" stands for "Universal". It represents the private, commercial, corporate nature of the Federal Government. Basically, recessions and depressions are economic periods where the distribution and flow of finances is at odds with the actual economic activity and needs of the community. To illustrate, what essentially happened in the stock market crash of 1929 is that finances were "invested" in the stock issues of corporations in the hope that they would increase in value. Corporate stocks are debt instruments whereby corporations "borrow" money from investors with the "intent" of making profits through economic activity and sharing those profits with the investors in the form of dividends. The stock market is a venue in which these stock issues are bought and sold. Investors got a little detached from reality, and despite the economic fact that while corporations often make profits, they also regularly incur losses, investors behaved as though they only made profits, and this delusion caused them to assign value to the stocks that was wildly out of proportion to their actual worth. When investors collectively realized this, the finances invested in the stocks were absorbed and vanished with the sudden devaluation of the stocks. It was the waking from a pleasant dream to a cold, stark economic reality. Unfortunately, all kinds of finances were poured into the mirage, including bank assets and money borrowed against real property like homes, businesses and farms, causing sound, necessary economic structures, especially banks, to collapse along with the stock market. This is a simplified but accurate picture of what led to the "Great Depression": finances being way out of whack with the actual economic situation. You would think that America would have learned her lesson about living in the real economic world, but you wouldn't be more wrong.
Enter the supranational soothsayers and financial false prophets. "Trust us and we'll see to it that this never happens again." In 1933, as people rushed to take their money out of banks before they collapsed, the same phenomenon that caused the devaluation of the stocks, investor panic, was causing devaluation of bank "assets", leading to an absolute financial collapse. To avert this trend, President Roosevelt convened an emergency session of Congress and ramrodded legislation granting the executive sweeping emergency powers to deal with the crisis. The subsequent economic policies and expansion of the Federal Government was billed as the New Deal. The one outcome of this process that I want to focus on is the change of the currency from tangibly secured legal tender backed by gold to federal reserve notes, or I.O.U.s, backed by the tax collecting power of the Federal Government over the American People's capacity to generate wealth. Here's the nexus of the system: under the New Deal, the Federal Reserve Bank issues funds out of economic "thin air" and those funds are collateralized or secured by the Federal Government's promise to collect the value of the funds in the form of taxes in the future. The main reason that the executive branch obtained emergency power was to set aside Constitutional restrictions on the state's power to seize property.

It is said that one of the most difficult shots in archery is to split a previously shot arrow.
I abbreviated the previous message by this title due to pressing personal business. Now, let me bring the message into relevance to current socio-political trends and events.
Back in 2003 I e-mailed compositions that presented the idea (then unheard of) that policies purporting to advance group rights (such as gay, women's, atheist's, affirmative action, etc.) are actually deleterious to individual liberties and rights, and, in fact, are antithetical to the intent of the Constitutional Bill of Rights to protect individual rights and liberties from intrusion and deprivation by the State. Group Right Advocacy is a pretext whereby those who make government policy can circumvent Constitutional limits to the reach, into individual lives, of those policies. In summary, group-based social policies, such as "political correctness" and "hate crime" legislation, are antithetical to the intent of the Bill of Rights as expressed in such articles as the First Amendment, and as such, are treasonous.
Arnold Schwarzenegger gave a speech to the Republican National Convention in 2004. In it, he said:
My fellow immigrants, my fellow Americans, how do you know if you are a Republican? Well, I['ll] tell you how.
If you believe that government should be accountable to the people, not the people to the government, then you are a Republican.
If you believe that a person should be treated as an individual, not as a member of an interest group, then you are a Republican.
If you believe that your family knows how to spend your money better than the government does, then you are a Republican.
If you believe -- If you believe that our educational system should be held accountable for the progress of our children, then you are a Republican.
If you believe -- If you believe that this country, not the United Nations, is best hope for democracy, then you are a Republican.

Get this. You are not a disenfranchised, disinherited American Citizen and patriot. No! You are a "Republican". By implication, Republican office holders supposedly represent your interests. By inference, the Godless, amoral, predatory, parasitic, economically, socially, morally,and militarily corrosive and criminal political agenda of the Democratic Party is not treason, it's a Constitutionally protected, lawful ideology. ( Even though its aims and ideology have been injected into public policy by anti- and extra-constitutional means, most notably by "New Deal" executive fiat under the Depression-era pretext of "national emergency" on the economic side, and by judicial fiat under the Counter-culture-era pretext of "socio-sexual liberation" on the socio-cultural side.

Sen. Barack Obama has said that his professed personal Saviour, Jesus Christ, endorsed gay marriage in the Sermon on the Mount:
I will tell you that I don't believe in gay marriage, but I do think that people who are gay and lesbian should be treated with dignity and respect and that the state should not discriminate against them. So, I believe in civil unions that allow a same-sex couple to visit each other in a hospital or transfer property to each other. I don't think it should be called marriage, but I think that it is a legal right that they should have that is recognized by the state. If people find that controversial then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount, which I think is, in my mind, for my faith, more central than an obscure passage in Romans. That's my view. But we can have a respectful disagreement on that.

Here's the fundamental civic problem with homosexuality and its endorsement in public policy: it is rebellion against the immutable physiological REALITY of gender: male or female. Homosexuals are fundamentally at odds with who and what they themselves are. They transgress and trespass into the roles and domain of the gender that they are not. Homosexuality is destructive in its very essence. It is a toxic, psycho-social pathology, and was regarded as such by the mental health professions prior to the socio-sexual revolution of the counter-culture. Gender, like ethnicity, is NOT elective. Consider pop-titan Michael Jackson. The "LGBT Community" is engaged in varying degrees of the same self-distorting and -mutilating behavior that Michael Jackson is, except that it is oriented around gender, rather than ethnicity. Healthy individuals are on positive terms with their ethnicity and gender. How can a sane society submit to the demand that it accept a "community" of individuals that reject themselves? As it has been said, "diversity" is a deliberately misleading misnomer for perversity. They even sodomize the rainbow. What is even more vile is that people who hold the view that homosexuals are not well or healthy are labeled "homophobic", as though they are afflicted with some type of moral or social deficiency. This is an unconscionable outrage. It is a symptom of a very diseased society. What was once known as speaking the truth is now criminalized as "hate speech". Just so my readers are clear, this criticism is not directed at the "LGBT Community", it is aimed at the New World Order. It is analogous to the observation that Hitler used homosexuals in the leadership of his S.A. Brownshirt Storm Troopers (The more or less open homosexuality of Röhm[1] and other SA leaders (such as Edmund Heines) [2] along with the stormtroopers' penchant for heavy drinking and street violence added to the SA's notorious reputation in Germany.[citation needed] The SA was a political army, protecting the party leadership and terrorizing (primarily communist) opponents such as the Red Front. The SA's street-wise use of intimidation contributed to the rise of the Nazis, first in Munich and later throughout Germany.) as a means to his socio-political ends, and then had them murdered in "The night of the long knives" when they became a political liability once he attained power. For that matter, the serpent used our first parents, Adam and Eve, as a means to an end, and when the cosmos was under his power, he informed them that they were naked, and had no recourse to God. Channel's "101 Most Memorable SNL Moments", the number one segment of all was a "Wayne's World" skit featuring Aerosmith and Tom Hanks as a roadie. Hmmh.] Or his "Castaway" burying a corpse from the Federal Express air crash and pronouncing an authoritative "That's it." over his grave as his "last rites". On "Inside the Actors' Studio", Hanks joked of sacrificing several small children to "Pelicula", the goddess of movies and movie-making. Oddly, I recently viewed the Beatles' movie "Help!" for the first time, only to discover that human sacrifice was its central theme. They should have addressed Jesus Christ when they called for "help". The New World Order has convinced the public that, as McCain implies, below, the American People must elect Presidents who will appoint judges that see things the way they do. That the role of the judiciary has replaced the role of the legislature in law and policy-making. Without so much as a Constitutional amendment. That is proof that we are ruled by a deceitful, unconstitutional government and we are systematically dis- and mis-informed by a complicit media and public indoctrination (education) system.

Senator McCain is deliberately perpetuating that myth as a complicit NWO enemy of the Constitution. To express it another way, Senator McCain is saying that an activist judiciary has set the Constitution on fire, it is burning out of control, and the only remedy is to find and appoint judges that are not pyromaniacs ! To fiddle while America burns to the ground. Judicial rulings are the primary New World Order tool for remaking American culture and society into a compliant, hedonistic and amoral mob readily manipulated to support, or at least lack the moral conviction and courage to oppose, it's totalitarian policies. )
Judge says UC can deny religious course credit
Rejecting claims of religious discrimination and stifling of free expression, U.S. District Judge James Otero of Los Angeles said UC's review committees cited legitimate reasons for rejecting the texts - not because they contained religious viewpoints, but because they omitted important topics in science and history and failed to teach critical thinking.
( I haven't reviewed the textbooks in question, which may well support the UC review committees' assessment, but I can guarantee that textbooks that propose evolution as a serious, scientific hypothesis for the origin of species in this cosmos definitely meet their "failure to teach critical thinking" criteria for denying course credit. Its a case of the whitewashed lump of coal calling the snowflake black. There really is nothing new under the sun. The New Whirled Order is the same old world order. One reason the NWO government/media/"education" Establishment has arrayed itself against the Gospel of Jesus Christ is because it teaches critical thinking and questioning authority, as evidenced by what you are reading right now. Matthew 10:16-22; 1 John 4:1-3 ; Acts 17:1-14. This is quite untrue of Islam, which is why they call Koran-sanctioned Islamic violence by the generic terms "sectarian extremism" despite the fact that Islam has been spread by the coersion of the sword since day one. Let's do a brief recap of recent events in American history.
The 2000 Presidential Election. Focus on the current events/Al Gore material. The Biblical stuff is not directly relevant.
The 9/11/01 terrorism event. Versus Roe v. Wade. Another evaluation of the Roe v. Wade decision and its NWO/Constitutional implications.
(Under the Constitution, the American People were shielded from excessive, unwarranted scrutiny by the government, and the government was required to operate in full view of the public. Under the New World Order, the respective status of the People and the government are being systematically reversed. I challenge the news media to demand that government officials account for this trend and when and where it will end.)
The folly of "Iraqi Freedom".
In 1998, Saddam Hussein, in defiance of a Lewinsky-debilitated U.S. President Clinton, kicked U.N. weapons inspectors out of Iraq. That, and Iraqi aggression against coalition forces enforcing post-Desert Storm no-fly zones, combined with humanitarian problems associated with U.N. sanctions (which precipitated the "Oil-for-Food" scams), pushes U.S. Iraq Policy toward "regime change", as admitted by President Clinton and members of his administration. After 9-11-01, a still-defiant Saddam Hussein is publicly rewarding the families of suicide bombers in Israel $25,000.00, a life-changing fortune in that region. Despite this, and the Iraqi regime's evasions and obstructions of U.N. weapons inspectors, the U.N. Security Council, thanks to France, Germany and Russia, is incapable of presenting a unified front to Saddam Hussein to step down or face forcible removal from power. While Hans Blix dithers around in Iraq, massed Coalition military assets are left to degrade in the Arabian Desert.
Let's stop the narrative right here. At this juncture, a competent U.S. Government, led by the Executive, should have withdrawn from the United Nations and the Iraqi border,because, guess what, it's now the Divided Nations, and as such, is worse than absolutely worthless in resolving international problems. All it's now good for is unnecessarily complicating international problems. (I supported the Iraq War on the basis that removing Saddam Hussein was a good step, but with the expectation that a liberated Iraqi population would take full advantage of its newfound liberty and quickly stabilize and recover. I didn't understand the inherent disabilities in Iraqi/ Islamic/ post- Ba'athist culture. I viewed the people of Iraq with American Judeo-Christian assumptions and naivete.)
Back to the narrative. Thanks to the Divided Nations, Saddam Hussein was emboldened to hold out and subject his country to military invasion, and the U.S.-led operation has been perceived and portrayed as war-mongering aggression. Had the U.N. Security Council been unified, Saddam Hussein would more likely have taken a golden parachute out of power, and Iraq would have been spared the death and destruction of "Iraqi Freedom". Apparently, the "Oil for Food" program created some conflicts of interest in Security Council member states. So the U.N. Security Council hosed the Iraqi People coming (by post- "Desert Storm" sanctions) and going (by pre- "Iraqi Freedom" corruption and conflicts of interest.)
( Sens. John McCain and Barack Obama advocate U.N. Security Council action in South Ossetia. As the saying goes: insanity is repeating the same behavior and expecting a different result...and "Purpose Driven" Rick Warren is going to host a venue in which Sens. Obama and McCain will have their religious views examined... In a related vein, I heard (in a channel-surfing "happenstance") noted Pastor Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa make the ridiculous assertion that it was Israeli metallurgical underdevelopment rather than Philistine weapons control policy that resulted in the asymmetrical disparity in military readiness cited here. Apparently, Pastor Smith cannot read.)
( I would like to insert here an anecdote from the runup to "Operation Iraqi Freedom" that really pissed me off. Tony Snow was anchoring on Fox News and reported that a group of Iraqi soldiers had attempted to surrender to members of the British military before the shooting started. Mr. Snow was all a-chuckle as he reported that the British troops refused to accept their surrender and sent the hapless fellows back the way they came... amid all this talk of plastic shredders and torture under the terrible Iraqi Regime, and how we were there to "liberate" the poor Iraqi people. They didn't offer them political asylum. No. They sent them back to the dictator's regime as deserters. Posthumously very funny, Mr. Snow.)
After the Ba'ath Party Dictatorship was deposed, the U.S.-led occupation forces were left with a humanitarian, ethnic and sectarian "Gordian Knot" on their hands. All down the line, policy makers fail to confront the problem that political pluralism and religious diversity are antithetical to the Koranic/ Islamic model of governance, yet Coalition personnel have been deployed to babysit Iraq until that precise irreconcilable difference has been resolved. Anybody want to formulate a timetable for that eventuality? The so-called "surge" has not achieved even partial resolution of that problem. It has merely temporarily repressed overt violence. It is an environment where some level of state repression is absolutely indispensible to maintaining civic order. (Islam is the elephant in the room. "Terrorism" is merely his natural excretions. Subjugation and domination of the non-Islamic world are standing Islamic imperatives. I learned that in history class in the '60's and '70's. Didn't American foreign policy-makers go to school? )
Meanwhile, U.S. military units, (including National Guard units from around the country) are getting live-fire/ kill-you-dead or maim-you-for-life battlefield experience in, guess what!, counter-insurgency and anti-militia warfare. Guess what else! Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown & Root has been awarded contingency contracts to build massive new detention centers! Where? Iraq? NO! Right here in the good ol' USA! The notion that they are intended to help law enforcement deal with "immigrants" is laughable in light of recent and current law enforcement policies towards unlawful immigrants, which is, and has been, largely "hands off". ( I suspect that I'm the kind of alien they are referring to: one who is incapable of assimilation "Through the New Whirled Order Looking-glass".) So we're left with "natural disaster" or "national emergency". Natural disasters are, by definition, beyond human control, so human mischief is limited to the aftermath, and would presumably be confined to the geographic vicinity of the event, as in Hurricane Katrina, so there's not much in that contingency to be concerned about in a general sense.
Which leaves us to contemplate "national emergency" and what that phrase might be affixed to in order to make the construction and use of large detention facilities a necessary component of government policy. Couple that with the counter-insurgency and anti-militia experience that our armed forces are now receiving in the Iraq theater and the picture darkens very ominously, indeed. It is helpful, I think, to remember that the absolute power that Chancellor Adolph Hitler exercised as "der Fuehrer" of the Third Reich was ceded to his office in response to the "national emergency" precipitated by the supposed German Communist burning of the Reichstag, the building in which the Weimar Republic's equivalent of Congress met for parliamentary proceedings. It is also helpful, in assessing the U.S. Government's track record in dealing with "national emergencies", to remember that what is now the massive federal regulatory bureaucracy comprised of such efficient and essential government departments as the FDA, the USDA, the FCC, the FAA, the IRS, BATF, the FBI, CIA, the supra-governmental Federal Reserve Banking system, ad infinitum, .....( the shortcomings of CIA and the FBI in preventing 9/11/01 pointed up the need for yet another federal department: Homeland Security! A pre-New World Order president would probably have called the new department by non-globalist terms such as "Department of Interior Security" rather than the anti-nationalist/anti-patriotic/pro-globalist term "homeland". Are we really gonna let these miserable Tom Sawyers pull the United States of America out from under us?)..... ad nauseum, were all created from emergency "New Deal" powers ceded to the Executive Branch under FDR by Congress in response to the banking crisis of 1933 which was precipitated by the malfeasance of the Federal Reserve Bank in the preceding twenty years since its creation in 1913 on the pretext that it would provide liquidity in the fluctuating, seasonal U.S. economy. It failed to perform as advertised, so our Congress elevated it and accorded it absolute power over the currency and financial system. Our currency has ever since been based solely on the credit of the American taxpaying public.
The authority of the Federal Reserve Banks to issue notes comes from the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Legally, they are liabilities of the Federal Reserve Banks and obligations of the United States government. Although not issued by the Treasury Department, Federal Reserve Notes carry the (engraved) signature of the Treasurer of the United States and the United States Secretary of the Treasury.
Federal Reserve Notes are fiat currency, which means that the government is not obligated to give the holder of a note gold, silver, or any specific tangible commodity in exchange for the note. Before 1964, some notes were "backed" by silver and before 1933, by gold: that is, the law provided that holders of Federal Reserve notes could exchange them on demand for a fixed amount of metal (although from 1934–1971, only foreign holders of the notes could exchange the notes for gold on demand).[1] Since 1964 (see Silver Certificate), Federal Reserve Notes have not been backed by any single specific asset, but are backed by all assets held in collateral by the Federal Reserve, and by the power of the government to collect assets in taxes. While 12 U.S.C. § 411 states that "Federal Reserve Notes . . . shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand" this now means only that Federal Reserve banks will exchange the notes on demand for new Federal Reserve notes, since these are now the only lawful money. Thus today the notes are backed only by the "full faith and credit of the U.S. government"—the government's ability to levy taxes to pay its debts. In another sense, because the notes are legal tender, they are "backed" by all the goods and services in the U.S. economy; they have value because the public may exchange them for valued goods and services in the U.S. economy.

This and the line "I owe my soul to the company store" is a reference to the truck system and to debt bondage. Under this system workers were not paid cash; rather they were paid with unexchangeable credit vouchers for goods at the company store (usually referred to as scrip). This made it impossible for workers to store up cash savings. Workers also usually lived in company-owned dormitories or apartment buildings, the rent for which was automatically deducted from their pay.

A "national emergency" measure that has persisted for 75 years. If there must be martial law, let it be to maintain order while office-holding traitors that solemnly swore with "mental reservation and purpose of evasion", to support and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, are apprehended, charged with treason, tried, and, upon conviction, sentenced and executed. Money is not wealth. Present U.S. currency is actually a transfer and reassignment of debt. Wealth is the product of organized human effort over time. When you buy gas and groceries, you are exchanging your stockpile of debt for your necessary goods. Let there be "no representation without taxation". Adopting that voting policy, along with the abolition of the NWO economic warfare of graduated "income tax" in favor of the equitable distribution of the tax burden by the frugality- and conservation-incentivizing policy of taxing individuals and corporations at a single, across-the-board-of-economic-classes, rate on their consumption of goods and services. That way, everybody who votes, from the corporate CEO to the derelict buying alcohol and cigarettes, will have an incentive to keep taxes as low, and the government as fiscally efficient, as possible.There are only bad reasons for opposing such a unifying tax policy, and they invariably originate with those who benefit from the current financial policy at the unjust expense and disenfranchisement of those who are oppressed under it.
Let private economic activity proceed uninterrupted as far as is practical.
Let the flow of funds in commercial exchange in private economic activity continue to be facilitated by existing electronic systems and accounting methods. Deliberate disruption and destruction of existing systems and information shall be deemed treason and punishable by death upon conviction in a court of law.
Let an emergency temporary homestead status preserve housing for the population at their existing residences as necessary during the transition from the New World Order to the new Constitutional government. Attempted violations of this temporary transitional status shall be deemed felonies. Willful, malicious nonpayment of rents and mortgages under temporary homestead status shall equate to looting and shall be subject to appropriate sanctions.

"Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for Thou art my strength."-Psalm 31:4
Our spiritual foes are of the serpent's brood, and seek to ensnare us by subtlety. The prayer before us supposes the possibility of the believer being caught like a bird. So deftly does the fowler do his work, that simple ones are soon surrounded by the net. The text asks that even out of Satan's meshes the captive one may be delivered; this is a proper petition, and one which can be granted: from between the jaws of the lion, and out of the belly of hell, can eternal love rescue the saint. It may need a sharp pull to save a soul from the net of temptations, and a mighty pull to extricate a man from the snares of malicious cunning, but the Lord is equal to every emergency, and the most skilfully placed nets of the hunter shall never be able to hold His chosen ones. Woe unto those who are so clever at net laying; they who tempt others shall be destroyed themselves.
"For Thou art my strength." What an inexpressible sweetness is to be found in these few words! How joyfully may we encounter toils, and how cheerfully may we endure sufferings, when we can lay hold upon celestial strength. Divine power will rend asunder all the toils of our enemies, confound their politics, and frustrate their knavish tricks; he is a happy man who has such matchless might engaged upon his side. Our own strength would be of little service when embarrassed in the nets of base cunning, but the Lord's strength is ever available; we have but to invoke it, and we shall find it near at hand. I abbreviated the previous message by this title due to pressing personal business. Now, let me bring the message into relevance to current socio-political trends and events.
Back in 2003 I e-mailed compositions that presented the idea (then unheard of) that policies purporting to advance group rights (such as gay, women's, atheist's, affirmative action, etc.) are actually deleterious to individual liberties and rights, and, in fact, are antithetical to the intent of the Constitutional Bill of Rights to protect individual rights and liberties from intrusion and deprivation by the State. Group Right Advocacy is a pretext whereby those who make government policy can circumvent Constitutional limits to the reach, into individual lives, of those policies. In summary, group-based social policies, such as "political correctness" and "hate crime" legislation, are antithetical to the intent of the Bill of Rights as expressed in such articles as the First Amendment, and as such, are treasonous.
Arnold Schwarzenegger gave a speech to the Republican National Convention in 2004. In it, he said:
My fellow immigrants, my fellow Americans, how do you know if you are a Republican? Well, I['ll] tell you how.
If you believe that government should be accountable to the people, not the people to the government, then you are a Republican.
If you believe that a person should be treated as an individual, not as a member of an interest group, then you are a Republican.
If you believe that your family knows how to spend your money better than the government does, then you are a Republican.
If you believe -- If you believe that our educational system should be held accountable for the progress of our children, then you are a Republican.

Get this. You are not a disenfranchised, disinherited American Citizen and patriot. No! You are a "Republican". By implication, Republican office holders supposedly represent your interests. By inference, the Godless, amoral, predatory, parasitic, economically, socially, morally,and militarily corrosive and criminal political agenda of the Democratic Party is not treason, it's a Constitutionally protected, lawful ideology. ( Even though its aims and ideology have been injected into public policy by anti- and extra-constitutional means, most notably by "New Deal" executive fiat under the Depression-era pretext of "national emergency" on the economic side, and by judicial fiat under the Counter-culture-era pretext of "socio-sexual liberation" on the socio-cultural side.
Lawrence v. Texas (excerpted)
The Supreme Court voted 6-3 to strike down the Texas law, with five of the justices holding that it violated due process guarantees, and a sixth justice, Sandra Day O'Connor, finding that it violated equal protection guarantees. The majority opinion, which overrules Bowers v. Hardwick, covers similar laws in 12 other states. Justice Anthony Kennedy wrote the majority opinion; Justices John Paul Stevens, David Souter, Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Stephen Breyer joined. Kennedy spent most of his opinion casting doubt on the factual findings of the court in Bowers, that homosexual sodomy is a widely and historically condemned practice. For example, Kennedy cited a 1981 European Court of Human Rights case Dudgeon v. United Kingdom, as part of its argument against the Bowers court's finding that Western civilization condemned homosexuality. In re: Dudgeon v. United Kingdom The European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) in Strasbourg was established under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) of 1950 to monitor compliance by Signatory Parties. Citing anti-Jehovah globalist law originating in Darwinist/ humanist/materialist Europe in 1950 hardly samples the multi-millenial history of Judeo-Christian Western Civilization. Justice Kennedy's opinion in Lawrence v. Texas exemplifies the folly decried by the Son of God in this commentary on the human condition:

Sen. Barack Obama has said that his professed personal Saviour, Jesus Christ, endorsed gay marriage in the Sermon on the Mount:
I will tell you that I don't believe in gay marriage, but I do think that people who are gay and lesbian should be treated with dignity and respect and that the state should not discriminate against them. So, I believe in civil unions that allow a same-sex couple to visit each other in a hospital or transfer property to each other. I don't think it should be called marriage, but I think that it is a legal right that they should have that is recognized by the state. If people find that controversial then I would just refer them to the Sermon on the Mount, which I think is, in my mind, for my faith, more central than an obscure passage in Romans. That's my view. But we can have a respectful disagreement on that.

If Barack Obama will thus sodomize and sacrifice his professed Redeemer, Jesus Christ, to attain office and power, what will Sen. Obama not violate in pursuit of his ambitions, or, more accurately, those of his handlers?

That is precisely what the New World Order is doing in the name of the "LGBT Community" through a super-massive popular culture propaganda blitzkrieg in the entertainment media, coupled with policy-mandated cultural changes in the form of judicial rulings that amount to corporate memoranda from the oligarchical board of the supranational globalist directorate. The Constitutional provision for advancing the interests of the "LGBT Community" is to persuade We,the American People, of the rightness of your cause, and for us to elect representatives and senators who can persuade our respective legislative bodies to change the law.
Here's the fundamental civic problem with homosexuality and its endorsement in public policy: it is rebellion against the immutable physiological REALITY of gender: male or female. Homosexuals are fundamentally at odds with who and what they themselves are. They transgress and trespass into the roles and domain of the gender that they are not. Homosexuality is destructive in its very essence. It is a toxic, psycho-social pathology, and was regarded as such by the mental health professions prior to the socio-sexual revolution of the counter-culture. Gender, like ethnicity, is NOT elective. Consider pop-titan Michael Jackson. The "LGBT Community" is engaged in varying degrees of the same self-distorting and -mutilating behavior that Michael Jackson is, except that it is oriented around gender, rather than ethnicity. Healthy individuals are on positive terms with their ethnicity and gender. How can a sane society submit to the demand that it accept a "community" of individuals that reject themselves? As it has been said, "diversity" is a deliberately misleading misnomer for perversity. They even sodomize the rainbow. What is even more vile is that people who hold the view that homosexuals are not well or healthy are labeled "homophobic", as though they are afflicted with some type of moral or social deficiency. This is an unconscionable outrage. It is a symptom of a very diseased society. What was once known as speaking the truth is now criminalized as "hate speech". Just so my readers are clear, this criticism is not directed at the "LGBT Community", it is aimed at the New World Order. It is analogous to the observation that Hitler used homosexuals in the leadership of his S.A. Brownshirt Storm Troopers (The more or less open homosexuality of Röhm[1] and other SA leaders (such as Edmund Heines) [2] along with the stormtroopers' penchant for heavy drinking and street violence added to the SA's notorious reputation in Germany.[citation needed] The SA was a political army, protecting the party leadership and terrorizing (primarily communist) opponents such as the Red Front. The SA's street-wise use of intimidation contributed to the rise of the Nazis, first in Munich and later throughout Germany.) as a means to his socio-political ends, and then had them murdered in "The night of the long knives" when they became a political liability once he attained power. For that matter, the serpent used our first parents, Adam and Eve, as a means to an end, and when the cosmos was under his power, he informed them that they were naked, and had no recourse to God. (To the "LGBT Community": you most definitely do!) In all likelihood, when the New World Order clamps down on the population, "risky" behaviors like sodomy and marriage will be prohibited, and there will be bedroom surveillance to enforce the prohibition. Then, who'll be the sodomees? (See Tom Hanks' "Christmas" movie "The Polar Express". Sleeping children are being surveilled on video monitors by Santa's elves, and not a single reference to the birth of Christ. Or his "Naborski" in "The Terminal" addressing Homeland Security bureau-tyrant "Dixon" by speaking into the surveillance camera: "I wait." [On the E! Channel's "101 Most Memorable SNL Moments", the number one segment of all was a "Wayne's World" skit featuring Aerosmith and Tom Hanks as a roadie. Hmmh.] Or his "Castaway" burying a corpse from the Federal Express air crash and pronouncing an authoritative "That's it." over his grave as his "last rites". On "Inside the Actors' Studio", Hanks joked of sacrificing several small children to "Pelicula", the goddess of movies and movie-making. Oddly, I recently viewed the Beatles' movie "Help!" for the first time, only to discover that human sacrifice was its central theme. They should have addressed Jesus Christ when they called for "help". As Nick Nolte's character in "Mother Night" said to explain his not escaping Israeli justice as a war criminal for his American-effort espionage-related cover work as a Nazi radio propagandist,"You are what you pretend to be.")
The New World Order has convinced the public that, as McCain implies, below, the American People must elect Presidents who will appoint judges that see things the way they do. That the role of the judiciary has replaced the role of the legislature in law and policy-making. Without so much as a Constitutional amendment. That is proof that we are ruled by a deceitful, unconstitutional government and we are systematically dis- and mis-informed by a complicit media and public indoctrination (education) system.
Remarks By John McCain on Judicial Philosophy (Excerpted)
There is one great exception in our day, however, and that is the common and systematic abuse of our federal courts by the people we entrust with judicial power. For decades now, some federal judges have taken it upon themselves to pronounce and rule on matters that were never intended to be heard in courts or decided by judges. With a presumption that would have amazed the framers of our Constitution, and legal reasoning that would have mystified them, federal judges today issue rulings and opinions on policy questions that should be decided democratically. The U.S. Constitution is a framework for a representative republic under the rule of law, not for a "democracy", which is essentially institutionalized mob rule dominated by the most effective and crafty rabble rousers, not the rule of law. Assured of lifetime tenures, these judges show little regard for the authority of the president, the Congress, and the states. They display even less interest in the will of the people. And the only remedy available to any of us is to find, nominate, and confirm better judges. ( McCain is lying. Impeachment and removal from office is another available remedy. One of the most effective New World Order subversions of the U.S. Constitution is to promulgate the myth that the Federal Judiciary and their rulings are above the reach of the powers of the executive and legislative branches of the federal government. Senator McCain is deliberately perpetuating that myth as a complicit NWO enemy of the Constitution. To express it another way, Senator McCain is saying that an activist judiciary has set the Constitution on fire, it is burning out of control, and the only remedy is to find and appoint judges that are not pyromaniacs ! To fiddle while America burns to the ground. Judicial rulings are the primary New World Order tool for remaking American culture and society into a compliant, hedonistic and amoral mob readily manipulated to support, or at least lack the moral conviction and courage to oppose, it's totalitarian policies. )
Judge says UC can deny religious course credit
Rejecting claims of religious discrimination and stifling of free expression, U.S. District Judge James Otero of Los Angeles said UC's review committees cited legitimate reasons for rejecting the texts - not because they contained religious viewpoints, but because they omitted important topics in science and history and failed to teach critical thinking.
( I haven't reviewed the textbooks in question, which may well support the UC review committees' assessment, but I can guarantee that textbooks that propose evolution as a serious, scientific hypothesis for the origin of species in this cosmos definitely meet their "failure to teach critical thinking" criteria for denying course credit. Its a case of the whitewashed lump of coal calling the snowflake black. There really is nothing new under the sun. The New Whirled Order is the same old world order. One reason the NWO government/media/"education" Establishment has arrayed itself against the Gospel of Jesus Christ is because it teaches critical thinking and questioning authority, as evidenced by what you are reading right now. Matthew 10:16-22; 1 John 4:1-3 ; Acts 17:1-14. The Constitution, Article II, Section 4:
The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.
The Constitution, Article I, Section 3:
The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present.
Judgment in Cases of Impeachments shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust, or Profit under the United States, but the Party convicted shall nevertheless be liable and subject to Indictment, Trial, Judgment, and Punishment, according to Law.

Section 3 - Treason
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort.
Let's do a brief recap of recent events in American history.
The 2000 Presidential Election. Focus on the current events/Al Gore material. The Biblical stuff is not directly relevant.
The 9/11/01 terrorism event. Versus Roe v. Wade. Another evaluation of the Roe v. Wade decision and its NWO/Constitutional implications.
(Under the Constitution, the American People were shielded from excessive, unwarranted scrutiny by the government, and the government was required to operate in full view of the public. Under the New World Order, the respective status of the People and the government are being systematically reversed. I challenge the news media to demand that government officials account for this trend and when and where it will end.)
The folly of "Iraqi Freedom".
In 1998, Saddam Hussein, in defiance of a Lewinsky-debilitated U.S. President Clinton, kicked U.N. weapons inspectors out of Iraq. That, and Iraqi aggression against coalition forces enforcing post-Desert Storm no-fly zones, combined with humanitarian problems associated with U.N. sanctions (which precipitated the "Oil-for-Food" scams), pushes U.S. Iraq Policy toward "regime change", as admitted by President Clinton and members of his administration. After 9-11-01, a still-defiant Saddam Hussein is publicly rewarding the families of suicide bombers in Israel $25,000.00, a life-changing fortune in that region. Despite this, and the Iraqi regime's evasions and obstructions of U.N. weapons inspectors, the U.N. Security Council, thanks to France, Germany and Russia, is incapable of presenting a unified front to Saddam Hussein to step down or face forcible removal from power. While Hans Blix dithers around in Iraq, massed Coalition military assets are left to degrade in the Arabian Desert.
Let's stop the narrative right here. At this juncture, a competent U.S. Government, led by the Executive, should have withdrawn from the United Nations and the Iraqi border,because, guess what, it's now the Divided Nations, and as such, is worse than absolutely worthless in resolving international problems. All it's now good for is unnecessarily complicating international problems. (I supported the Iraq War on the basis that removing Saddam Hussein was a good step, but with the expectation that a liberated Iraqi population would take full advantage of its newfound liberty and quickly stabilize and recover. I didn't understand the inherent disabilities in Iraqi/ Islamic/ post- Ba'athist culture. I viewed the people of Iraq with American Judeo-Christian assumptions and naivete.)
Back to the narrative. Thanks to the Divided Nations, Saddam Hussein was emboldened to hold out and subject his country to military invasion, and the U.S.-led operation has been perceived and portrayed as war-mongering aggression. Had the U.N. Security Council been unified, Saddam Hussein would more likely have taken a golden parachute out of power, and Iraq would have been spared the death and destruction of "Iraqi Freedom". Apparently, the "Oil for Food" program created some conflicts of interest in Security Council member states. So the U.N. Security Council hosed the Iraqi People coming (by post- "Desert Storm" sanctions) and going (by pre- "Iraqi Freedom" corruption and conflicts of interest.)
( Sens. John McCain and Barack Obama advocate U.N. Security Council action in South Ossetia. As the saying goes: insanity is repeating the same behavior and expecting a different result...and "Purpose Driven" Rick Warren is going to host a venue in which Sens. Obama and McCain will have their religious views examined... In a related vein, I heard (in a channel-surfing "happenstance") noted Pastor Chuck Smith of Calvary Chapel in Costa Mesa make the ridiculous assertion that it was Israeli metallurgical underdevelopment rather than Philistine weapons control policy that resulted in the asymmetrical disparity in military readiness cited here. Apparently, Pastor Smith cannot read.)
( I would like to insert here an anecdote from the runup to "Operation Iraqi Freedom" that really pissed me off. Tony Snow was anchoring on Fox News and reported that a group of Iraqi soldiers had attempted to surrender to members of the British military before the shooting started. Mr. Snow was all a-chuckle as he reported that the British troops refused to accept their surrender and sent the hapless fellows back the way they came... amid all this talk of plastic shredders and torture under the terrible Iraqi Regime, and how we were there to "liberate" the poor Iraqi people. They didn't offer them political asylum. No. They sent them back to the dictator's regime as deserters. Posthumously very funny, Mr. Snow.)
After the Ba'ath Party Dictatorship was deposed, the U.S.-led occupation forces were left with a humanitarian, ethnic and sectarian "Gordian Knot" on their hands. All down the line, policy makers fail to confront the problem that political pluralism and religious diversity are antithetical to the Koranic/ Islamic model of governance, yet Coalition personnel have been deployed to babysit Iraq until that precise irreconcilable difference has been resolved. Anybody want to formulate a timetable for that eventuality? The so-called "surge" has not achieved even partial resolution of that problem. It has merely temporarily repressed overt violence. It is an environment where some level of state repression is absolutely indispensible to maintaining civic order. (Islam is the elephant in the room. "Terrorism" is merely his natural excretions. Subjugation and domination of the non-Islamic world are standing Islamic imperatives. I learned that in history class in the '60's and '70's. Didn't American foreign policy-makers go to school? )
Meanwhile, U.S. military units, (including National Guard units from around the country) are getting live-fire/ kill-you-dead or maim-you-for-life battlefield experience in, guess what!, counter-insurgency and anti-militia warfare. Guess what else! Halliburton subsidiary Kellogg, Brown & Root has been awarded contingency contracts to build massive new detention centers! Where? Iraq? NO! Right here in the good ol' USA! The notion that they are intended to help law enforcement deal with "immigrants" is laughable in light of recent and current law enforcement policies towards unlawful immigrants, which is, and has been, largely "hands off". ( I suspect that I'm the kind of alien they are referring to: one who is incapable of assimilation "Through the New Whirled Order Looking-glass".) So we're left with "natural disaster" or "national emergency". Natural disasters are, by definition, beyond human control, so human mischief is limited to the aftermath, and would presumably be confined to the geographic vicinity of the event, as in Hurricane Katrina, so there's not much in that contingency to be concerned about in a general sense.
Which leaves us to contemplate "national emergency" and what that phrase might be affixed to in order to make the construction and use of large detention facilities a necessary component of government policy. Couple that with the counter-insurgency and anti-militia experience that our armed forces are now receiving in the Iraq theater and the picture darkens very ominously, indeed. It is helpful, I think, to remember that the absolute power that Chancellor Adolph Hitler exercised as "der Fuehrer" of the Third Reich was ceded to his office in response to the "national emergency" precipitated by the supposed German Communist burning of the Reichstag, the building in which the Weimar Republic's equivalent of Congress met for parliamentary proceedings. It is also helpful, in assessing the U.S. Government's track record in dealing with "national emergencies", to remember that what is now the massive federal regulatory bureaucracy comprised of such efficient and essential government departments as the FDA, the USDA, the FCC, the FAA, the IRS, BATF, the FBI, CIA, the supra-governmental Federal Reserve Banking system, ad infinitum, .....( the shortcomings of CIA and the FBI in preventing 9/11/01 pointed up the need for yet another federal department: Homeland Security! A pre-New World Order president would probably have called the new department by non-globalist terms such as "Department of Interior Security" rather than the anti-nationalist/anti-patriotic/pro-globalist term "homeland". Are we really gonna let these miserable Tom Sawyers pull the United States of America out from under us?)..... ad nauseum, were all created from emergency "New Deal" powers ceded to the Executive Branch under FDR by Congress in response to the banking crisis of 1933 which was precipitated by the malfeasance of the Federal Reserve Bank in the preceding twenty years since its creation in 1913 on the pretext that it would provide liquidity in the fluctuating, seasonal U.S. economy. It failed to perform as advertised, so our Congress elevated it and accorded it absolute power over the currency and financial system. Our currency has ever since been based solely on the credit of the American taxpaying public.
The authority of the Federal Reserve Banks to issue notes comes from the Federal Reserve Act of 1913. Legally, they are liabilities of the Federal Reserve Banks and obligations of the United States government. Although not issued by the Treasury Department, Federal Reserve Notes carry the (engraved) signature of the Treasurer of the United States and the United States Secretary of the Treasury.
Federal Reserve Notes are fiat currency, which means that the government is not obligated to give the holder of a note gold, silver, or any specific tangible commodity in exchange for the note. Before 1964, some notes were "backed" by silver and before 1933, by gold: that is, the law provided that holders of Federal Reserve notes could exchange them on demand for a fixed amount of metal (although from 1934–1971, only foreign holders of the notes could exchange the notes for gold on demand).[1] Since 1964 (see Silver Certificate), Federal Reserve Notes have not been backed by any single specific asset, but are backed by all assets held in collateral by the Federal Reserve, and by the power of the government to collect assets in taxes. While 12 U.S.C. § 411 states that "Federal Reserve Notes . . . shall be redeemed in lawful money on demand" this now means only that Federal Reserve banks will exchange the notes on demand for new Federal Reserve notes, since these are now the only lawful money. Thus today the notes are backed only by the "full faith and credit of the U.S. government"—the government's ability to levy taxes to pay its debts. In another sense, because the notes are legal tender, they are "backed" by all the goods and services in the U.S. economy; they have value because the public may exchange them for valued goods and services in the U.S. economy.

The line from the chorus "another day older and deeper in debt" was a phrase often used by Travis's father, a coalminer himself.[citation needed]
This and the line "I owe my soul to the company store" is a reference to the truck system and to debt bondage. Under this system workers were not paid cash; rather they were paid with unexchangeable credit vouchers for goods at the company store (usually referred to as scrip). This made it impossible for workers to store up cash savings. Workers also usually lived in company-owned dormitories or apartment buildings, the rent for which was automatically deducted from their pay.
Since 1935, both sides of the Great Seal appear on the reverse of the one-dollar bill.
A "national emergency" measure that has persisted for 75 years. A "national emergency" whose existence is systematically concealed from "We, the People", but slyly referenced in movies like "Shallow Hal" and "The Terminal". 75 years of "emergency rule" and its obscuring by the suppliers of information are prima facie evidence of malice and bad faith. Broken Arrow!

The United States military code word for calling in all available aircraft for an airstrike was "Broken Arrow", and was used during the movie We Were Soldiers, depicting the battle at Landing Zone X-Ray in the Ia Drang Valley during the Vietnam War.)
(More precisely, it was used when an American position was about to be completely overrun by the Enemy.)
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
"Operation Broken Arrow" constitutes an emergency petition of the government for a redress of the grievances referenced herein pursuant to the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
"Operation Broken Arrow" is an emergency petition for the retasking of all of the United States Armed Forces and of all other Oath-bound public officials and office holders, to the mission of the immediate and forcible restoration of the United States Constitution to its original organic function in the governance of the United States of America.
The role of Private Citizens in "Operation Broken Arrow" is to comply with current law and government rule, to keep to their normal routines, and otherwise stay out of harm's way. Private Citizen supporters of "Operation Broken Arrow" are encouraged to circulate the petition, organize peacable assemblies, and otherwise pursue their First Amendment and Declaration of Independence rights and duties as set forth in this petition and in accordance with law and good civic order. Incitement to commit, and commission of violent acts and destruction of property as was experienced in the April, 1992, Los Angeles, Ca. "Rodney King Verdict Riots", disruptive behaviors like those at "Critical Mass" bicycle demonstrations and other such civil disturbances at "Operation Broken Arrow" peacable assemblies shall be deemed treasonous subversion, and the perpetrators' identities recorded, if possible, for subsequent, lawful prosecution. The first incident of such disruption at an "Operation Broken Arrow" peacable assembly shall be construed as an immediate imperative command for the peacable assembly to disperse . (It means it's time for everybody to quietly leave. Those who do not immediately disperse are enemies of "Operation Broken Arrow". "Operation Broken Arrow" is an expression of American Constitutional Civilization, not neo-pagan tantrum-throwing.)
If there must be martial law, let it be to maintain order while office-holding traitors that solemnly swore with "mental reservation and purpose of evasion", to support and defend the United States Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic, are apprehended, charged with treason, tried, and, upon conviction, sentenced and executed. Let it be noted that the jurisprudential function of the death "penalty" in Mosaic Law is remedial, not vengeful or punitive. It is the duty of human government. One that "humanistic" government invariably shirks, to the detriment of the culture, welfare and security of the people. If you hold public office, there is only one lawful response to "Operation Broken Arrow": an affirmative utterance of the code phrase "Broken Arrow" and immediate compliance and cooperation with its implementation. The merits of the petition are self-evident.
All other responses to this petition shall be construed as hostile to the U.S Constitution, the American People and the rule of law.
Nonviolent opposition shall be afforded due process of law under the terms and limits of U.S. Constitutional Law.
Standard rules of engagement shall apply to violent opposition. The amount of violence required to achieve the objectives of "Operation Broken Arrow" shall be directly proportional to the willingness of the domestic enemies of the U.S Constitution and of the American People and of the rule of law, to fight and die.
Let Halliburton subsidiary KBR build the detention centers it has contracted to for the purpose of processing enemies of "Operation Broken Arrow".
Let the National Debt be paid with the agricultural, industrial, technological and commodities output of the United States of America on a sustainable portion of the whole.
Let the de-globalized Congress issue Constitutional currency and regulate the value thereof based on a fixed amount of work during a fixed period of time as a unit of value. ( For example, a dollar will equal five minutes of typing at fifty-five words per minute, with the values of goods and services scaled accordingly, and with pricing dictated by free market forces and dynamics. Money is not wealth. Present U.S. currency is actually a transfer and reassignment of debt. Wealth is the product of organized human effort over time. When you exchange your organized efforts over time producing wealth for a paycheck, you are exchanging your wealth for debt. When you buy gas and groceries, you are exchanging your stockpile of debt for your necessary goods. The currency shall be stabilized and assigned value as a fixed unit of organized human effort over time. This will stabilize the currency and the economy without citizens being tempted to stockpile commodities such as gold because of fears of a collapse of the currency.)
Let there be "no representation without taxation". Adopting that voting policy, along with the abolition of the NWO economic warfare of graduated "income tax" in favor of the equitable distribution of the tax burden by the frugality- and conservation-incentivizing policy of taxing individuals and corporations at a single, across-the-board-of-economic-classes, rate on their consumption of goods and services. That way, everybody who votes, from the corporate CEO to the derelict buying alcohol and cigarettes, will have an incentive to keep taxes as low, and the government as fiscally efficient, as possible.There are only bad reasons for opposing such a unifying tax policy, and they invariably originate with those who benefit from the current financial policy at the unjust expense and disenfranchisement of those who are oppressed under it.
Let private economic activity proceed uninterrupted as far as is practical.
Let the flow of funds in commercial exchange in private economic activity continue to be facilitated by existing electronic systems and accounting methods. Deliberate disruption and destruction of existing systems and information shall be deemed treason and punishable by death upon conviction in a court of law.
Let an emergency temporary homestead status preserve housing for the population at their existing residences as necessary during the transition from the New World Order to the new Constitutional government. Attempted violations of this temporary transitional status shall be deemed felonies. Willful, malicious nonpayment of rents and mortgages under temporary homestead status shall equate to looting and shall be subject to appropriate sanctions.
Let the assets of those who oppose "Operation Broken Arrow" be forfeit by authority of Congressional seizure and deposited in the reconstituted United States Treasury for the benefit of, and to meet the obligations of, the American People.
If We, the People, of the United States of America will be free, then we must be brave.

"Pull me out of the net that they have laid privily for me: for Thou art my strength."-Psalm 31:4
Our spiritual foes are of the serpent's brood, and seek to ensnare us by subtlety. The prayer before us supposes the possibility of the believer being caught like a bird. So deftly does the fowler do his work, that simple ones are soon surrounded by the net. The text asks that even out of Satan's meshes the captive one may be delivered; this is a proper petition, and one which can be granted: from between the jaws of the lion, and out of the belly of hell, can eternal love rescue the saint. It may need a sharp pull to save a soul from the net of temptations, and a mighty pull to extricate a man from the snares of malicious cunning, but the Lord is equal to every emergency, and the most skilfully placed nets of the hunter shall never be able to hold His chosen ones. Woe unto those who are so clever at net laying; they who tempt others shall be destroyed themselves.
"For Thou art my strength." What an inexpressible sweetness is to be found in these few words! How joyfully may we encounter toils, and how cheerfully may we endure sufferings, when we can lay hold upon celestial strength. Divine power will rend asunder all the toils of our enemies, confound their politics, and frustrate their knavish tricks; he is a happy man who has such matchless might engaged upon his side. Our own strength would be of little service when embarrassed in the nets of base cunning, but the Lord's strength is ever available; we have but to invoke it, and we shall find it near at hand. If by faith we are depending alone upon the strength of the mighty God of Israel, we may use our holy reliance as a plea in supplication.
