Michael Savage is under the mistaken impression that the battle portrayed in the movie 300 was fought between the Spartans and Persian Muslims. Dr. Savage, you really MUST look before you leap, unless specifically commanded by God. At 480 B.C., the battle precedes the pandemic of Islam by more than a millenium. There were no Muslims before the unprofitable Mohammed. The nature and doom of Islam has been foretold, but the Spirit of God must naturally reject it as a foreign and demonic counterfeit. Christ is unique in history in that He had disciples before He was born.
To enumerate but a few:
1. Moses. A general example. A specific detail.
2. Abel. (You can glean the theme of Christ in Abel woven among others here.)
3. Naboth.
4. Jonah.
5. Samson. (Hebrews 11:32-40)
6. Esau.
7. David.
Isaiah 43 Thus saith the Lord, which maketh a way in the sea, and a path in the mighty waters; Which bringeth forth the chariot and horse, the army and the power; they shall lie down together, they shall not rise: they are extinct, they are quenched as tow.
