It's been over a year since the release of the virtual First Amendment petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". America, your government has responded. Treasonously. No wonder there is talk of regulating (censoring) the internet. When I try to "Buzz Up" on Yahoo! News, it just says "Buzzed!" without allowing me to post. It's a Brave New World -Wide -Web, isn't it? Let's see how much restraint the hyper-state has.
In his book, "The Sum of all Fears", Tom Clancy conveyed to me a deep admiration for the inner workings of a two-stage thermonuclear weapon.
(I read the book while undergoing malicious prosecution by the Contra Costa County, Ca. district attorney's office. Those involved in the prosecution should appreciate my sentiments. One Shelly Miller comes to mind. What did I tell Referee Berkow to tell you? That court order you were operating under was not a restraining order, it was an epitaph, before the fact. It was obtained by perjury and was in the process of being overturned in the issuing court when you used it to preemptively assault me in a lower court. You think you can just crush a man without consequences? Class is in session. Exercising my covenant rights is not a crime. Apparently, basic due process of law is too much to ask, and failure to be cowed and acquiesce as a white male gospel-believing Christian is a felony offense in the State of California. You should have consulted the wisdom of Solomon. There's a reason police consider domestic disturbances some of the most dangerous calls to respond to. It's reckoning time. I'd say you grabbed the ears of the wrong dog.)
In terms of relative timescale, were it not for the rapidity of the nuclear reactions themselves, the high explosive shape charges that initiate the implosion of the fissile "pit" and the high intensity x-ray flux that it emits which is employed to induce the fusion reaction in the secondary stage of the weapon would scatter the whole works in a relatively low-yield cloud of chemical high-explosive destruction. What physicists accomplished in the Teller-Ulam configuration was a means of snatching thermo-nuclear victory from the jaws of chemical high-explosive defeat. While the physical effects of the detonation of the high explosive shape charges plod inward and outward at a relative grass-growing pace, energy from the fission reaction of the imploding plutonium "pit" is captured and focused by a precisely arrayed structure to create and sustain an environment of heat and pressure where subatomic fusion takes place. The nuclear stages of the detonation start and finish instantaneously. What remains of the high explosive detonation and the physical warhead itself at that moment are vaporized as rays of thermonuclear high energy pass through them, having been released as the intended function of the device. The fireball, the light, the heat, the pressure wave, the environmental destruction, the vaporization and permanent shadows of people near ground zero, and the mushroom cloud are all merely the outworkings of that instantaneous blink of subatomic energy. Tom Clancy entitled the chapter describing this sequence "Three Shakes", referring to the duration of the nuclear event itself and alluding to the colloquialism "...in two shakes of a lamb's tail". Glenn Beck enjoined his audience to "pray for time". I say "let there be Light!" Time does not illuminate. Light does. The Rolling Stones notwithstanding, time is not on their side. There was a scene in " We Were Soldiers" where an isolated detachment was hunkered down, trying to survive the night, and one of them said he smelled the enemy. The platoon leader called for illumination, the area was lit up, and sure enough, they were surrounded by the enemy. The illumination enabled them to locate and direct fire upon the enemy, wrecking their stealthy attempt to wipe them out under cover of darkness. "Detonation Broken Arrow" is precisely that kind of revelatory aid.
(Tom Clancy was probably the inspiration for the tactic of using edged weapons to gain control of a commercial airliner and convert it to a guided weapon of mass destruction in an attack on an occupied building. In his book "Debt of Honor", a Japanese commercial pilot blocks access to the cockpit and kills his fellow pilot with an airline steak knife, and then crashes his jumbo-jet into the Capitol Building during a joint session of Congress, de-capitating the U.S. Government.
"However, an embittered Japan Air Lines pilot, avenging the deaths of his son and brother—killed during the Pacific conflict—flies his Boeing 747 directly into the U.S. Capitol building during the proceedings[1]. Nearly the entire United States presidential line of succession is eliminated, including the President, most of Congress, nearly all of the Cabinet, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and all nine Supreme Court Justices. Ryan, who had just been confirmed as Vice President moments before, narrowly escapes the attack and is immediately sworn in as President. He begins his term of office in the immediate sequel, Executive Orders."
Osama bin-Laden declared 9-11-01 a "great victory". It was clearly their intent to de-capitate the U.S. Government. They should be struck repeatedly upon the head with a shoe. Bin-Laden should have gone into U.S. federal politics, where real damage is being done, and where much lipstick is applied to many a porcine blunder. I wonder if he feels any shame about the fact that he has been used by the binarized U.S. Regime as an overblown bogey-man to induce public acquiescence to removal of Constitutional due-process restraints on domestic government power. What a double boob. And that Iranian Islamic tyrant appealing to white-supremacist radicals in the U.S.? What is that? Prosecuting "jihad" by political suicide? You know how the perpetrators of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing were caught? One of them attempted to recover the security deposit for the rented van they blew up in the parking garage. ("Selah". It means stop and consider that information for a while.) These Islamic "leaders" are so disconnected from the reality of their own incompetence that it beggars belief. No wonder they retain power only by brute force... Kinda sheds some light on the willingness of the Iranian People to cling so courageously to a glimmer of political liberty. Who's supplying the Iranian Regime's talking points...the Obama Administration? Or maybe just Janeane Garafalo in a "lone wolf " role...BTW Janeane, under the heading of "Historical Ignorance": "rednecks" were originally Appalachian coal industry labor organizers identifiable by the red bandannas they wore around their necks. You know... your kinda people. Under the heading of "Ethical Ignorance": painting an entire class of people with a condemnatory brush without giving them a hearing, or worse, making unfounded defamatory declarations as to their motives, is morally indistinguishable from "racism".)
Another Tom Clancy character, an armored cavalry commander, I believe, employed the wisdom in the following amusing vignette in his battlefield strategy: Two bulls, an old one and a young one, stood on a hilltop overlooking the herd. The young one suggested they run down and inseminate one of the heifers. The old one suggested a superior alternative, that they walk down and inseminate all of them.
The irony of citing the wisdom of humanized fictitious bulls will be apparent to the alert aficionado of ideological bloodsport.

information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence,
but rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about
several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first
African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and
recruitment. (U) Exploiting Economic Downturn
(U//FOUO) Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the
economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors,
and home foreclosures. Anti-Semitic extremists attribute these losses to a deliberate
conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish "financial elites." These "accusatory" tactics
are employed to draw new recruits into rightwing extremist groups and further radicalize
those already subscribing to extremist beliefs. DHS/I&A assesses this trend is likely to
accelerate if the economy is perceived to worsen.(Sounds like the wolf considers the sheepdog "accusatory".)
I am neither a "lone wolf", nor a recruiter for any natural human organizations.

(U) Economic Hardship and Extremism
Historically, domestic rightwing extremists have feared, predicted, and anticipated a cataclysmic economic collapse in the United States. Prominent antigovernment conspiracy theorists have incorporated aspects of an impending economic collapse to intensify fear and paranoia among like-minded individuals and to attract recruits during times of economic uncertainty. Conspiracy theories involving declarations of martial law, impending civil strife or racial conflict, suspension of the U.S. Constitution, and the creation of citizen detention camps often incorporate aspects of a failed economy. Antigovernment conspiracy theories and "end times" prophecies could motivate extremist individuals and groups to stockpile food, ammunition, and weapons. These teachings also have been linked with the radicalization of domestic extremist individuals and groups in the past, such as violent Christian Identity organizations and extremist members of the militia movement.
("to intensify fear and paranoia" ? Isn't that precisely what this DHS Report is intended to do in the law enforcement community... and in the wider spheres by "leakage"?)
Is it just me, or is DHS looking in the wrong direction for the "bad guys"?
(A blog hyperlink to a bonafide Halliburton Corp. webpage announcement of subsidiary "Kellogg, Brown & Root" winning contracts to build, on a contingency basis, domestic detention centers for the Federal Government is currently down. BTW, this has nothing to do with so-called "FEMA camps". Likewise, a blog hyperlink to a White House webpage describing classified, as in "not for public consumption", protocols for "maintaining Constitutional Government in a national emergency" now only leads to a current White House webpage with various routine announcements. [A transcript of the presidential directive is purported to appear here..] The internet is a fluid environment, to say the least.)
It is my opinion that the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Assessment of April 7, 2009 cited above is an indirect, evasive, subversive, unlawful, contemptuous and vaguely threatening response to the petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". Many of the grievances and materials supporting the petition are represented in the intelligence assessment, except that they are accompanied by dire warnings that such views "fuel violent extremism and radicalization".
It is my opinion that the emergence of "Tea Parties" is a diversionary counterfeit of the private citizen dimensions of "Operation Broken Arrow".
Echoing a famous quote by Sally Field, with precisely the same emotion, except to a greater degree: "You hate me! You really, really hate me!" Memo to Al Gore, this is an award that carries true prestige and significance. It is the Constitutionally Patriotic equivalent of the Congressional Medal of Honor when bestowed by the current regime in America.
(Deliberately non-accusatory language) To Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and the dominant paradigm for which she stands: I'll see your DHS Report on "Rightwing extremism" and raise you three political commentators:
1. Bill O'Reilly.
While still broadcasting on "The Factor" AM radio program, Mr. O'Reilly took a call from a man during the early part of the Gov. Rod Blagoyevich corruption scandal. The caller voiced objections to the disproportionate amount of attention that "Blagoyo-gate" was garnering while the Federal Government was (and continues to be) recklessly plundering incalculable (and ultimately ludicrous) amounts of the future economic output of the American People in the form of future-taxation-secured debt obligations euphemistically referred to as "financial bailouts". Mr. O'Reilly berated the caller for being preoccupied with circumstances about which there was nothing he could do, and that the American Public should return to squabbling over the trivial "controversies du jour" being served up as weapons of mass distraction by the dominant government/ media paradigm. Mr. O'Reilly and/or his staff at Fox News were in prior receipt of an email from me containing the First Amendment Petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". "Operation Broken Arrow" contains very specific, legal and Constitutional steps that private citizens can and should take to seek immediate redress of a fairly comprehensive list of grievances, including the one raised by the caller to "The O'Reilly Factor" radio program concerning the fiduciary crimes being perpetrated through the offices of the United States Federal Government. Mr. O'Reilly's response to the caller's objections demonstrates Mr. O'Reilly's overt alignment with the current dominant government/media paradigm against the reasonable objections of an American Citizen. Mr.. O'Reilly's assertion that there is nothing anyone can do about the situation flies in the face of the specific First Amendment Constitutional provision that the American People have the right to petition the Government for redress of grievances and to reasonably expect a Government bearing true faith and allegiance to the United States Constitution to accord appropriate priority to the redress of those grievances. The current dominant government/media paradigm, which Mr. O'Reilly is willfully aiding and abetting, is, and has been, waging a comprehensive and systematic war of disinformation and misinformation of the American Public against the United States Constitution and its provisions concerning the relationship of the American People to their government and vice versa. Mr. O'Reilly's response to this particular caller, and other statements made by him concerning public acquiescence to the wrongful subjugation of the People by the current dominant government/media paradigm constitute overt acts of Treason, specifically with reference to Mr. O'Reilly's "adhering to their enemies". Mr. O'Reilly aggravates the crime of Treason by assuring his Fox News "O'Reilly Factor " television audience that "the 'Spin' stops right here, because we are definitely looking out for you!" while engaged in these overt acts to induce public acquiescence and its attendant forfeiture of the public's legal rights and interests in favor of those of their wealthy and powerful antagonists in the dominant government/media paradigm.
O'Reilly, ever in control, had picked the best locations for the shoot and timed it so the sun would be in the right location. He shepherded the kids onto a gazebo overlooking the water, and they clustered around him. His own lovely young daughter leaned in affectionately close to her dad. Nobody needed to fake their smiles.
O'Reilly had written a story for PARADE called "What Children Can Learn From President Obama." He'd worked hard to get everything right--writing the piece, agreeing to the photo shoot, setting up the location.
"I have a question," I said, as we walked from the gazebo to a waterfront dock.
"Sure," said O'Reilly.
"Why did you write the article? Given your audience and what your fans expect of you, why write something supporting Obama?"
He stood very still for a moment, his tall figure framed against the very blue sky.
"I don't agree with all of Obama's policies," O'Reilly said. "But I admire what he's done as a person. I came from poor circumstances and I'm impressed by how he lifted himself up. I think it's a good lesson, and children can learn from it. We should take positive examples wherever we find them."
With that comment--and his article in PARADE--O'Reilly has also set an example.. We all become too entrenched in our positions--conservative or liberal, for the President or against him.
But life is more nuanced than we are generally willing to admit. We forget that most issues--and people--are complicated, with some parts to admire and others to improve.

2. Dennis Miller.
In a similar instance on Dennis Miller's AM radio program, a caller to the show voiced frustration that his calls to government offices expressing opposition
to the financial policies of the Federal Government have yielded no relief. Mr. Miller advised the caller to seek solace in some type of philosophical acceptance of the status quo.
The specifics of the charge of Treason with regard to this overt act by Dennis Miller are roughly identical to those in the overt acts attributed to Bill O'Reilly, above.
One mitigating circumstance in Mr. Miller's favor is that he and his staff were not included as recipients of the email containing the
First Amendment Petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow".
(I have reason to believe that Mr. Miller has been exposed to its contents through his association with Bill O'Reilly, but this is total conjecture on my part.)
3.Rush Limbaugh.
A caller to his radio program characterized the recent actions of the federal government as warfare. Rush Limbaugh, in reply, confined the definition of warfare to the popular conception of organized foreign assault with "tanks and guns".
Rush Limbaugh is thus providing rhetorical "aid and comfort" to the binarized regime while contributing to the paralysis of an organized
national defense of the Constitution against its domestic enemies. Rush Limbaugh further aggravated his own condemnation for the crime of Treason by openly declaring that
"we are watching the Constitution being shredded" while advocating only unfocused and topically superficial opposition to 
the binarized political debate of the moment and propping up the illusion that there is no ideological continuity between
successive "conservative" and "liberal" presidential administrations when, in fact, George W. Bush and John McCain rolled out the red carpet
for the Obama Administration. Rush Limbaugh recently played a sound bite of Nancy Pelosi rehearsing the ridiculous assertion that if someone
perpetrates an act of violence in opposition to a government policy, that First Amendment expressions of opposition to that policy by other citizens
makes them morally and/or legally culpable for that act of violence. Mr. Limbaugh fails, either willfully, or negligently, to recognize that this is
unconventional warfare against the First Amendment to the Constitution and is therefore yet another overt act of Treason
committed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, and by Mr. Limbaugh's acquiescence in the face of that act.
The fact that this practice is commonplace and elicits no alarm in the dominant government/ media paradigm merely underscores how thoroughly
subjugated and alienated from the Constitution and its enumerated rights the spellbound American Popular culture has become through Luciferian New World Order sorcery.
A certain amount of investigation, polling, staff interviews and program transcript review will be necessary to document the allegations, but they are substantially true and factual.
Acquiescence defined.
Acquiescence is the term used to describe an act of a person in knowingly standing by without raising any objection to infringement of his rights, when someone else is unknowingly and honestly putting in his resources under the impression that the said rights actually belong to him. Consequently, the person whose rights are infringed cannot anymore make a claim against the infringer or succeed in an injunction suit due to his conduct. The term is most generally, "permission" given by silence or passiveness. Acceptance or agreement by keeping quiet or by not making objections.
A context wherein "acquiescence" is wrongful: "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing".
All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent.

Some of its decisions have stated that the validity of a retroactive tax provision under the Due Process Clause depends upon whether "retroactive application is so harsh and oppressive as to transgress the constitutional limitation." The "harsh and oppressive" formulation, however, "does not differ from the prohibition against arbitrary and irrational legislation" that applies generally to enactments in the sphere of economic policy. The "AIG bonus debacle" hardly qualifies for this provision of United States v. Carlton. The sheer political ugliness and scapegoating tactics manifested in the dominant government/media paradigm's handling of the "scandal" reflect an illegitimate legislative purpose that runs directly contrary to We, the People's more fundamental Constitutional interest in "the promotion of the domestic tranquility". The organized busing of chronically underemployed "protesters" to the homes of the AIG executives in question is a direct defecation on this more preeminent Constitutional interest. She held "economic, social, cultural and political" factors responsible for the disorder.[1] She dismissed the mass black looting of Korean-owned stores by saying: "There were mothers who took this as an opportunity to take some milk, to take some bread, to take some shoes…. They are not crooks." I would like to add Craig T. Nelson to the roster of specific people to be prosecuted for treason as a stipulation of "Operation Broken Arrow". He appeared on Glenn Beck's Fox News TV show declaring that he will decline to pay his taxes to express his opposition to government policy. This practice will discredit Constitutional and lawful opposition to government policy and strengthen the hand of the government and the domestic enemies of the Constitution and of the American People against them. Craig T. Nelson is acting as an agent provocateur for the binary regime in this instance and as such is guilty of treason as defined in the United States Constitution. Due to the popularity of Glenn Beck's Fox News venue, Mr. Nelson committed this overt act in front of multiplied thousands of witnesses. The "under cover" aspect of Mr.. Nelson's role as an agent provocateur is that he purports to be acting on his own recognizance, which is patently absurd in that Mr. Nelson could not possibly be that intellectually deficient. It is when we are in the way of duty that we find giants. It was when Israel was going forward that the, giants appeared. When they turned back into the wilderness they found none.
There is a prevalent idea that the power of God in a human life should lift us above all trials and conflicts. The fact is, the power of God always brings a conflict and a struggle. One would have thought that on his great missionary journey to Rome, Paul would have been carried by some mighty providence above the power of storms and tempests and enemies. But, on the contrary, it was one long, hard fight with persecuting Jews, with wild tempests, with venomous vipers and all the powers of earth and hell, and at last he was saved, as it seemed, by the narrowest margin, and had to swim ashore at Malta on a piece of wreckage and barely escape a watery grave.
Was that like a God of infinite power? Yes, just like Him. And so Paul tells us that when he took the Lord Jesus Christ as the life of his body, a severe conflict immediately came; indeed, a conflict that never ended, a pressure that was persistent, but out of which he always emerged victorious through the strength of Jesus Christ.
The language in which he describes this is most graphic. "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed, always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be manifested in our body."
What a ceaseless, strenuous struggle! It is impossible to express in English the forcible language of the original. There are five pictures in succession. In the first, the idea is crowding enemies pressing in from every side, and yet not crushing him because the police of heaven cleared the way just wide enough for him to get through. The literal translation would be, "We are crowded on every side, but not crushed."
The second picture is that of one whose way seems utterly closed and yet he has pressed through; there is light enough to show him the next step. The Revised Version translates it, "Perplexed but not unto despair." Rotherham still more literally renders it, "Without a way, but not without a by-way."
The third figure is that of an enemy in hot pursuit while the divine Defender still stands by, and he is not left alone. Again we adopt the fine rendering of Rotherham, "Pursued but not abandoned."
The fourth figure is still more vivid and dramatic. The enemy has overtaken him, has struck him, has knocked him down. But it is not a fatal blow; he is able to rise again. It might be translated, "Overthrown but not overcome."
Once more the figure advances, and now it seems to be even death itself, "Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus." But he does not die, for "the life also of Jesus" now comes to his aid and he lives in the life of another until his life work is done.
The reason so many fail in this experience of divine healing is because they expect to have it all without a struggle, and when the conflict comes and the battle wages long, they become discouraged and surrender. God has nothing worth having that is easy. There are no cheap goods in the heavenly market. Our redemption cost all that God had to give, and everything worth having is expensive. Hard places are the very school of faith and character, and if we are to rise over mere human strength and prove the power of life divine in these mortal bodies, it must be through a process of conflict that may well be called the birth travail of a new life.. Lolita (1962) (excerpted) was Stanley Kubrick's sixth film - a brilliant, sly adaptation of Vladimir Nabokov's celebrated yet controversially-infamous 1955 novel of a middle-aged man's unusual, doomed sexual passion/obsession for a precocious, seductive "nymphet" girl.
Prologue:
A light-colored station wagon drives through the fog up to an old, dusty baroque mansion. The inside of the enormous luxurious chateau is disheveled and messy, showing evidence of the previous night's party/orgy. Empty liquor bottles and glasses are strewn around and dust covers are placed over various articles of furniture in the cluttered rooms. Marble statues, a harp, and a piano fill other areas of the rooms. [The half-abandoned, cluttered mansion suggests Quilty's own dissipated character.]
Humbert Humbert (James Mason) enters, picks his way around, strokes the harp, and circles to the large inner room. He appears to be stalking his prey, calling out for "Quilty, Quilty" (played by Peter Sellers). A bottle placed on a drape-covered easy chair falls to the floor. Hidden under the sheet-covered armchair like a shrouded, corpse-like figure, the mansion's owner suddenly stirs:

A few weeks ago, I was passed on I-680 northbound by a large, silver Mercedes Benz sporting a license plate emblazoned with "MEDVED 1". Coincidence? Sure. Mr. Medved absolutely ridicules conspiracy theories, and contemptuously derides public figures like Alan Keyes and Ron Paul who advocate rigid adherence to clear Constitutional principles rather than being blown around in the winds of aimless and easily manipulated public opinion. Methinks thou dost protest too much.

7. Friends- This may be a cop out, but I would definitely have to pick the last scene of the series. The gang leaves the apartment for the last time, and the camera returns to a final pan around the room. Big fans of the show like myself can see all the scenes that happened there over the past decade, and it's so sad to see it empty. Finally the camera lands on the back of the door and the famous gold frame. Nothing sad happens in this scene per se, but it represents a lot more.
Note how often the number twenty-three occurs in "Friends". Jim Carrey made an entire movie about it.

Back in 1982 or '83, I was watching the INXS video "The One Thing" on MTV. I heard the Voice of the Lord utter the words, "They have provoked Me." in my ear. I assumed at the time that He was referring to INXS, especially after the "Devil Inside" content of their album "Kick". I interpreted the images of Michael Hutchence and a food-laden table as a desecration of the Lord's Table and that this was what was meant by "they" and "provoked". I have since come to realize, as many who have read my expositional writings can attest, that He was referring to the Illuminati and the New World Order. It was Michael Hutchence' "suicide" and his association with Bob Geldof that illuminated the scope of what the Lord had in view when He said "they" and "provoked". What you are witnessing is a tiny sample of what happens when you "provoke" Him. There is a bumper sticker that discourages "meddling in the affairs of dragons".
