Immediately after the "Global Warning" program, there was a suspense-filled thriller about the coming oil crunch, and how it will eclipse "global warming" as the premier hysteria of the world when it reaches socio-economic "critical mass". I've been thinking about that, and I've come up with a concept. ( When 9-11-01 exposed the vulnerability that U.S. dependence on oil imports creates in American foreign policy, I conceived of insulated, photo-electric roofing systems that could be installed in the Sunbelt and hooked to the electrical grid to simultaneously reduce structural cooling demands and increase the supply of electricity. I e-mailed both President Bush and Vice President Cheney , among others, about the idea. If anything is happening with it, it is definitely under my radar. This concept is a refinement of that idea. I think that Kim Clement will appreciate this)

It has occured to me that the U. S. energy supply could be bolstered substantially by developing a roofing material that has photo-electric properties similar to the arrays used to make power from sunlight for electronic satellites. In the warmer months it could reduce heat entering structures through the roof while simultaneously generating electric power that could be routed into the grid through transformers, thus simultaneously reducing cooling demand and boosting the power supply. If such materials were put into widespread use, the synergystic effect on the electrical supply and demand would be phenomenal, not to mention the additional "green" benefit of reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and the attendant emissions generated for the production of electrical power. And anyone with a rudimentary grasp of economics knows that if you reduce the demand for oil, you reduce its price.Ta-da! End of 5-24-09 update.)

Update 1-26-11: Here's a concept for the transportation of hydrogen and other cargo from the mid-oceanic "Solar-pop" energy production facilities: outbound transports could have dirigible-like inflatable tanks of sufficient volume to make the craft lighter than air when filled with gaseous hydrogen. The shell could be made of carbon fiber armor plating on the exterior, with an inner "hull" with an ionized, or electrically charged liner to repel hydrogen atoms to prevent "seepage loss" due to the particles' relative small size. On "turnaround" after the hydrogen and other cargo has been delivered, the tanks could be collapsed into pontoons and the craft converted to surface vessels to transport passengers,supplies and commercial cargo back to the port facilities at the mid-oceanic "Solar-pop" production centers.

Another advantage offered by mid-oceanic international transportation hubs is that craft could be segregated to only travel from country of origin to the hub and back. Containers and passengers could be screened before being loaded or boarded onto transports bound for other countries. U.S. domestic travel could revert to Constitutional restrictions on searches and seizures, while international travel would be exempt from the jurisdiction of the United States Constitution, and American Citizens abroad would be subject to international law and treaties.

Other people's ideas, public money. "Competitiveness"? It's like GM's slogan "May the best car win." After the worst car companies lost and public money was misappropriated to cover it up. Or Barrack Obama's or Al Gore's Nobel Prize. For the first time in my adult life, I am truly ashamed of my country. No justice, no peace? I've got a couple of spare nanoseconds,tell me everything this generation knows about justice. Here's a plan to "reinvent" America: Broken Arrow!

In the "New World", the last thing you will get on "The Science Channel" is accurate information. Note the graphic and narrative concerning "rivets" on the "Old Bay Bridge" in the following clip:

First of all, steel contracts when it cools, it doesn't expand. Second of all, rivets are mechanically "upset" or deformed to hold the steel joint together

"hate speech" or "violent rhetoric". Perhaps that is why Jared Loughner almost went to blows

over why "six" should be "eighteen" or vice versa.

[In May,] there was a report of “suspicious activity” involving Loughnerin a Pilates class. When he was told his grade

would be a B, he became “very hostile.” The teacher “felt like it might become physical” and felt “intimidated,”

according to the report.

In June, Loughner was reported to be disruptive in math class. A report suggested he could be under the influence

of a controlled substance. Among his strange behaviors: He insisted on calling the number six “eighteen.” …

Could be Loughner was way ahead of his time.

Oddly, the Immelman for Congress blog "happened" to be where the Google search engine found data on Loughner's

mathematical "extremism". Clearly, Candidate Immelman is the ideal American Leader. He is against

anyone who passionately stands for something, while paying "bi-partisan" lip service to "core issues".

ISSUES

My core issues are national security, law and order (including border security

and enforcing immigration law), fiscal responsibility, and uncompromising

opposition to political extremism.

Good way to stay comfortable and popular, while he and this nation go straight to Hell.

Clarity of thought is so easily disposed of when it has been categorized as "extreme".

BTW, doesn't the Ft. Hood shooter (12 dead, 31 wounded) merit the same obsessive scrutiny, analysis and

"celebrity" that Jared Loughner (6 dead, 18 wounded) has received?

Threatening public officers and employees and school officials Every person who, with intent to cause, attempts to cause, or causes, any officer or employee of any public or private educational institution or any public officer or employee to do, or refrain from doing, any act in the performance of his duties, by means of a threat, directly communicated to such person, to inflict an unlawful injury upon any person or property, and it reasonably appears to the recipient of the threat that such threat could be carried out, is guilty of a public offense punishable as follows: (1) Upon a first conviction, such person is punishable by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by imprisonment in the state prison, or in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (2) If such person has been previously convicted of a violation of this section, such previous conviction shall be charged in the accusatory pleading, and if such previous conviction is found to be true by the jury, upon a jury trial, or by the court, upon a court trial, or is admitted by the defendant, he is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison. As used in this section, "directly communicated" includes, but is not limited to, a communication to the recipient of the threat by telephone, telegraph, or letter.

During the Los Angeles riots in the wake of the infamous 1992Rodney King trial, Waters described the violence (in which 58 people were killed) as "a spontaneous reaction to a lot of injustice." She held "economic, social, cultural and political" factors responsible for the disorder.[1] She dismissed the mass black looting of Korean-owned stores by saying: "There were mothers who took this as an opportunity to take some milk, to take some bread, to take some shoes…. They are not crooks." Chanting the radical slogan "No justice, no peace," she  attributed the rioters' underlying rage to the federal government's allegedly longstanding "neglect" of America's inner cities.
Fifty-three people died in Congresswoman Waters' "spontaneous reaction to...injustice". A U.S. Congresswoman! Treason?  Hmmmmm... at the leadership level, certainly.

Prohibits participation in "mob rule" or its more palatable moniker: "democracy".

 The rioters who chanted "no justice, no peace" while inflicting unlawful injuries upon persons and property in Los Angeles in 1992 were in violation of the Ca.  Penal Code Section 71 cited above. ("Directly communicated" is not limited to communication " by telephone, telegraph, or letter". Televised news broadcast certainly qualifies.) They were not satisfied with the first "Rodney King Verdict" and were demanding another. They got one. In what can hardly be described as not violating the "double jeopardy" clause of the U.S. Constitution, the officers involved were charged with "violating Rodney King's civil rights" in another court venue. (The "O.J. Simpson Civil Trial" took this Austro-marsupial "double jeopardy" -skirting venue-hopping to the jurisprudential "crush depth' of "following a multitude to do evil" and "declining after many to wrest judgment". This using of the legal  apparatus to "get" people is a grand tradition in the history of Judeo-Christian jurisprudence. Another instance of this phenomenon is related below. It puts me in rare company.) 
  I am intimate with Ca. Penal Code Section 71 because, at the height of the O.J. Simpson murder extravaganza, in an ex parte communication to the family law referee presiding over my divorce from my first wife, I expressed exactly the same kind of between-the-eyes criticism of an assistant district attorney named Shelly Miller, who shared the same surname with my ex-wife's then-current husband, Steve, and who had charged me with violating (by communicating by mail) a court order  that  my ex-wife had obtained by perjury over a year earlier, of which perjury I had filed proof in a Responsive Declaration with a motion to have the perjured court order thrown out. The "Long  Cause Hearing" postponing action on the pleadings was scheduled for March 20, 1995. The date for me to appear as a defendant charged with violating the court order was scheduled prior to that date but subsequent to the filing of the Responsive Declaration proving that it was obtained by perjury. As a consequence of the ex parte communication to the family law referee,I was arrested on March 17, 1995 and charged with a violation of P.C. 71 with regard to Shelly Miller. At no time did I communicate with Shelly Miller. In no way did I indicate what she was to do or refrain from doing in the performance of her duties.I explicitly stated in the communication that it was not a threat to any person. I simply ridiculed her actions and  the obvious flaws in the underlying reasoning in filing charges against me without taking me into custody if I was, in  fact, truly dangerous, which, in light of the super-fucking human restraint I have demonstrated in the face of violations of my rights and person that would leave lesser, faith-lacking human beings babbling incoherently or the subjects of news stories about some explosion of violence, or both, I am obviously not.  Not in the sense of "inflicting unlawful injury upon any person or property", that is. I am also obviously not "over it".  My ex-wife, through her attorney, used the legal system to "get" me, because the fact that I had rights as a citizen, a parent, and a Christian man, had become an impediment to what she wanted out of her life, which was me and my rights. The Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office set about turning me into a criminal for that purpose. I went to honest- to-God Level III prison for not doing what the rioters in Los Angeles in 1992 did do, and they got public officials "to do, or to refrain from doing" something in the performance of their duties, which was to try the policemen again for the same offense, which was beating Rodney King.

 Which brings me to the subject of this email: Violent Rhetoric. 
 
 On the one hand, you have Keith Olbermann with 'Violence Has No Place In  Democracy':
  Appearing on a special edition of "Countdown," Olbermann told his audience that "we need to put the guns down. Just as importantly we need to put the gun metaphors away and permanently."
Olbermann continued, "Left, right, middle - politicians and citizens - sane and insane. This morning in Arizona, this age in which this country would accept "targeting" of political opponents and putting bullseyes over their faces and of the dangerous blurring between political rallies and gun shows, ended."
He concluded his special comment with this powerful statement, including an apology for his own actions: "Violence, or the threat of violence, has no place in our Democracy, and I apologize for and repudiate any act or any thing in my past that may have even inadvertently encouraged violence. Because for whatever else each of us may be, we all are Americans."

 On the other hand, you have  Glenn Beck's letter to the American people, politicians, and media:
 I challenge all Americans, left or right, regardless if you're a politician, pundit, painter, priest, parishioner, poet or porn star to agree with all of the  following.
I denounce violence, regardless of ideological motivation.
I denounce anyone, from the Left, the  Right or middle, who believes physical violence is the answer to whatever they feel is wrong with our country.
I denounce those who wish to tear down our system and rebuild it in their own image, whatever that image may be.
I denounce those from the Left, the Right or middle, who call for riots and violence as an opportunity to bring down and reconstruct our system.
I denounce violent threats and calls for the destruction of our system – regardless of their underlying ideology – whether they come from the Hutaree Militia or Frances Fox Piven.
I hold those responsible for the violence, responsible for the violence.  I denounce those who attempt to blame political opponents for the acts of madmen.
I denounce those from the  Left, the Right or middle that sees violence as a viable alternative to our  long established system of change made within the constraints of our constitutional Republic.
The First Amendment provides for the right of the People to "peacably assemble". Implicitly prohibits violence. The U.S. Constitution begins with the words "We the People of the United States,..." which means it applies to all of us. The distinction between protected speech and incitement to violence is basic civics and common sense. The reason a Keith Olbermann and a Glenn Beck are not laughed off the air out of hand is because basic civics and common sense have been supplanted by a literally diabolical program of obliterating every Judeo-Christian decalogical notion of right and wrong with a contrarian rejection of anything that expresses the authority of objective truth. The result is that instead of a universal recognition of and agreement with the meaning and authority of the First Amendment (the rule of law), we have a population polarized by men like Olbermann and Beck, who call everything into doubt so that they can operate above the law, while the rest of us are crushed beneath it (the rule of "special" persons, or oligarchy. ) 

   There is already a distinction in the law between "free speech" and "incitement to violence". Keith Olbermann and his comrades' endeavor to erase that distinction is a frontal assault on the First Amendment. They are enemies of it. Engaged in unconventional, psychological warfare against it. That is Treason. They have soaked their paintbrushes in the blood of Jared Loughner's victims and are writing "helter skelter" all over the First Amendment and Americans who advocate a return to Constitutional rule such as the "Tea Party".   (Apparently, Jared Loughner questioned the validity of U.S. currency, among other things. Only "dangerous, violent" people do that! You're not one of those "dangerous, violent" people, are you?One of those "nutjobs" who view federal reserve notes as an economic weapon of war  contrived for the  hostile takeover and destruction of the private sector or free enterprise system ?) Glenn Beck and his comrades refuse to call what is being done Treason. That is also Treason. 

Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.

"Real patriots who may resist the intrigues of the favorite are liable to become suspected and odious, while its tools and dupes usurp the applause and confidence of the people to surrender their interests." - George Washington.

(Mr. Beck, you have just been transported through a "wormhole" to total irrelevance. One must have some idea of what one is doing in order to "lead". Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a  fall.)

 This "debate" about "violent rhetoric" is a pretext for further alienating the American People from their Constitutional Rights and a smoke screen to evade the First Amendment Petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". It also belabors the need for such drastic intervention in the nation's public policy, which is absolutely rooted in endemic, perpetual, and evermore monopolistic and pervasive Treason.
 
Some bedrock provisions of law in the U.S. Constitution that have been abrogated in fact while being reduced to shuttlecocks in the badminton court of public opinion:
 No person shall be deprived of life without due process of law.
 The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
        Congress shall make no law  respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of  the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.   (If the government cannot engage in the business of education without prohibiting the free exercise of religion or abridging freedom of speech, then it is unconstitutional for the government to be in the business of education. It is not unconstitutional to teach creation or to pray in school. Such judicial rulings are warfare against the First Amendment and as such are Treason.)
 The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
 "Operation Broken Arrow" is not a call to arms. It is a Petition to the government for redress of grievances.
