71. Threatening public officers and employees and school officials
Every person who, with intent to cause, attempts to cause, or causes, any officer or employee of any public or private educational institution or any public officer or employee to do, or refrain from doing, any act in the performance of his duties, by means of a threat, directly communicated to such person, to inflict an unlawful injury upon any person or property, and it reasonably appears to the recipient of the threat that such threat could be carried out, is guilty of a public offense punishable as follows:
(1) Upon a first conviction, such person is punishable by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by imprisonment in the state prison, or in a county jail not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
(2) If such person has been previously convicted of a violation of this section, such previous conviction shall be charged in the accusatory pleading, and if such previous conviction is found to be true by the jury, upon a jury trial, or by the court, upon a court trial, or is admitted by the defendant, he is punishable by imprisonment in the state prison.
As used in this section, "directly communicated" includes, but is not limited to, a communication to the recipient of the threat by telephone, telegraph, or letter.
During the Los Angeles riotsin the wake of the infamous 1992RodneyKing trial, Waters described the violence (in which 58 people were killed) as "a spontaneous reaction to a lot of injustice." She held "economic, social, cultural and political" factors responsible for the disorder.[1] She dismissed the mass black looting of Korean-owned stores by saying: "There were mothers who took this as an opportunity to take some milk, to take some bread, to take some shoes…. They are not crooks." Chanting the radical slogan "No justice, no peace," she attributed the rioters' underlying rage to the federal government's allegedly longstanding "neglect" of America's inner cities.
2Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:
Prohibits participation in "mob rule" or its more palatable moniker: "democracy".
The rioters who chanted "no justice, no peace" while inflicting unlawful injuries upon persons and property in Los Angeles in 1992 were in violation of the Ca. Penal Code Section 71 cited above. ("Directly communicated" is not limited to communication " by telephone, telegraph, or letter". Televised news broadcast certainly qualifies.) They were not satisfied with the first "Rodney King Verdict" and were demanding another. They got one. In what can hardly be described as not violating the "double jeopardy" clause of the U.S. Constitution, the officers involved were charged with "violating Rodney King's civil rights" in another court venue. (The "O.J. Simpson Civil Trial" took this Austro-marsupial "double jeopardy" -skirting venue-hopping to the jurisprudential "crush depth' of "following a multitude to do evil" and "declining after many to wrest judgment". This using of the legal apparatus to "get" people is a grand tradition in the history of Judeo-Christian jurisprudence.Another instance of this phenomenon is related below. It puts me in rare company.)
I am intimate with Ca. Penal Code Section 71 because, at the height of the O.J. Simpson murder extravaganza, in an ex parte communication to the family law referee presiding over my divorce from my first wife, I expressed exactly the same kind of between-the-eyes criticism of an assistant district attorney named Shelly Miller, who shared the same surname with my ex-wife's then-current husband, Steve, and who had charged me with violating (by communicating by mail) a court order that my ex-wife had obtained by perjury over a year earlier, of which perjury I had filed proof in a Responsive Declaration with a motion to have the perjured court order thrown out. The "Long Cause Hearing" postponing action on the pleadings was scheduled for March 20, 1995. The date for me to appear as a defendant charged with violating the court order was scheduled prior to that date but subsequent to the filing of the Responsive Declaration proving that it was obtained by perjury. As a consequence of the ex parte communication to the family law referee,I was arrested on March 17, 1995 and charged with a violation of P.C. 71 with regard to Shelly Miller. At no time did I communicate with Shelly Miller. In no way did I indicate what she was to do or refrain from doing in the performance of her duties.I explicitly stated in the communication that it was not a threat to any person. I simply ridiculed her actions and the obvious flaws in the underlying reasoning in filing charges against me without taking me into custody if I was, in fact, truly dangerous, which, in light of the super-fucking human restraint I have demonstrated in the face of violations of my rights and person that would leave lesser, faith-lacking human beings babbling incoherently or the subjects of news stories about some explosion of violence, or both, I am obviously not. Not in the sense of "inflicting unlawful injury upon any person or property", that is. I am also obviously not "over it". My ex-wife, through her attorney, used the legal system to "get" me, because the fact that I had rights as a citizen, a parent, and a Christian man, had become an impediment to what she wanted out of her life, which was me and my rights. The Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office set about turning me into a criminal for that purpose. I went to honest- to-God Level III prison for not doing what the rioters in Los Angeles in 1992 did do, and they got public officials "to do, or to refrain from doing" something in the performance of their duties, which was to try the policemen again for the same offense, which was beating Rodney King.
Which brings me to the subject of this email: Violent Rhetoric.
Appearing on a special edition of "Countdown," Olbermann told his audience that "we need to put the guns down. Just as importantly we need to put the gun metaphors away and permanently."
Olbermann continued, "Left, right, middle - politicians and citizens - sane and insane. This morning in Arizona, this age in which this country would accept "targeting" of political opponents and putting bullseyes over their faces and of the dangerous blurring between political rallies and gun shows, ended."
He concluded his special comment with this powerful statement, including an apology for his own actions: "Violence, or the threat of violence, has no place in our Democracy, and I apologize for and repudiate any act or any thing in my past that may have even inadvertently encouraged violence. Because for whatever else each of us may be, we all are Americans."
I challenge all Americans, left or right, regardless if you're a politician, pundit, painter, priest, parishioner, poet or porn star to agree with all of the following.
I denounce violence, regardless of ideological motivation.
I denounce anyone, from the Left, the Right or middle, who believes physical violence is the answer to whatever they feel is wrong with our country.
I denounce those who wish to tear down our system and rebuild it in their own image, whatever that image may be.
I denounce those from the Left, the Right or middle, who call for riots and violence as an opportunity to bring down and reconstruct our system.
I denounce violent threats and calls for the destruction of our system – regardless of their underlying ideology – whether they come from the Hutaree Militia or Frances Fox Piven.
I hold those responsible for the violence, responsible for the violence. I denounce those who attempt to blame political opponents for the acts of madmen.
I denounce those from the Left, the Right or middle that sees violence as a viable alternative to our long established system of change made within the constraints of our constitutional Republic.
The First Amendment provides for the right of the People to "peacably assemble". Implicitly prohibits violence. The U.S. Constitution begins with the words "We the People of the United States,..." which means it applies to all of us. The distinction between protected speech and incitement to violence is basic civics and common sense. The reason a Keith Olbermann and a Glenn Beck are not laughed off the air out of hand is because basic civics and common sense have been supplanted by a literally diabolical program of obliterating every Judeo-Christian decalogical notion of right and wrong with a contrarian rejection of anything that expresses the authority of objective truth. The result is that instead of a universal recognition of and agreement with the meaning and authority of the First Amendment (the rule of law), we have a population polarized by men like Olbermann and Beck, who call everything into doubt so that they can operate above the law, while the rest of us are crushed beneath it (the rule of "special" persons, or oligarchy. )
There is already a distinction in the law between "free speech" and "incitement to violence". Keith Olbermann and his comrades' endeavor to erase that distinction is a frontal assault on the First Amendment. They are enemies of it. Engaged in unconventional, psychological warfare against it. That is Treason. They have soaked their paintbrushes in the blood of Jared Loughner's victims and are writing "helter skelter" all over the First Amendment and Americans who advocate a return to Constitutional rule such as the "Tea Party". (Apparently, Jared Loughner questioned the validity of U.S. currency, among other things. Only "dangerous, violent" people do that! You're not one of those "dangerous, violent" people, are you?One of those "nutjobs" who view federal reserve notes as an economic weapon of war contrived for the hostile takeover and destruction of the private sector or free enterprise system ?) Glenn Beck and his comrades refuse to call what is being done Treason. That is also Treason.
Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort.
"Real patriots who may resist the intrigues of the favorite are liable to become suspected and odious, while its tools and dupes usurp the applause and confidence of the people to surrender their interests." - George Washington.
(Mr. Beck, you have just been transported through a "wormhole" to total irrelevance. One must have some idea of what one is doing in order to "lead". Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.)
This "debate" about "violent rhetoric" is a pretext for further alienating the American People from their Constitutional Rights and a smoke screen to evade the First Amendment Petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". It also belabors the need for such drastic intervention in the nation's public policy, which is absolutely rooted in endemic, perpetual, and evermore monopolistic and pervasive Treason.
Some bedrock provisions of law in the U.S. Constitution that have been abrogated in fact while being reduced to shuttlecocks in the badminton court of public opinion:
"If in the opinion of the people the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates. But let there be no change by usurpation; for though this in one instance may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed."
"Avoid likewise the accumulation of debt, not only by shunning occasions of expense, but by vigorous exertions in time of peace to discharge the debts which unavoidable wars have occasioned, not ungenerously throwing upon posterity the burden which we ourselves ought to bear.

Unanswered Prayer

The apostle Paul had one overriding desire: that fellow Jews would embrace the Messiah he had encountered. “I have great sorrow and unceasing anguish in my heart,” he said. “For I could wish that I myself were . . . cut off from Christ for the sake of my brothers” (Rom. 9:2-3 NIV). Yet in city after city his fellow Jews rejected him and the Christ he preached.
In his most elegant letter, Paul set as his centerpiece (Rom. 9–11) a passionate passage in which he struggled openly with this great unanswered prayer of his life. He acknowledged one important side benefit of this distressing development: The Jews’ rejection of Jesus led to His acceptance by the Gentiles. Paul concluded that God hadn’t rejected the Jews; to the contrary, they had the same opportunity as Gentiles. God had widened, not closed, the embrace of humanity.
Paul’s prose began to soar as he stepped back to consider the big picture. And then came this burst of doxology:
Oh, the depth of the riches
both of the wisdom and knowledge of God!
How unsearchable are His judgments
and His ways past finding out! (Rom. 11:33).
The unsolved mysteries and unanswered prayers all fade to gray against the panorama of God’s plan for the ages.
In the end, unanswered prayer brings me face to face with the mystery that silenced Paul: the profound difference between my perspective and God’s.

This is our generation's Sputnik moment. Two years ago, I said that we needed to reach a level of research and development we haven't seen since the height of the Space Race. And in a few weeks, I will be sending a budget to Congress that helps us meet that goal. We'll invest in biomedical research, information technology, and especially clean energy technology -- (applause) -- an investment that will strengthen our security, protect our planet, and create countless new jobs for our people.
Already, we're seeing the promise of renewable energy. Robert and Gary Allen are brothers who run a small Michigan roofing company. After September 11th, they volunteered their best roofers to help repair the Pentagon. But half of their factory went unused, and the recession hit them hard. Today, with the help of a government loan, that empty space is being used to manufacture solar shingles that are being sold all across the country. In Robert's words, "We reinvented ourselves."
Immediately after the "Global Warning" program, there was a suspense-filled thriller about the coming oil crunch, and how it will eclipse "global warming" as the premier hysteria of the world when it reaches socio-economic "critical mass". I've been thinking about that, and I've come up with a concept. ( When 9-11-01 exposed the vulnerability that U.S. dependence on oil imports creates in American foreign policy, I conceived of insulated, photo-electric roofing systems that could be installed in the Sunbelt and hooked to the electrical grid to simultaneously reduce structural cooling demands and increase the supply of electricity. I e-mailed both President Bush and Vice President Cheney , among others, about the idea. If anything is happening with it, it is definitely under my radar. This concept is a refinement of that idea. I think that Kim Clement will appreciate this)
(Update 5-24-09: Reducing oil prices e-mailed 6-25-04 bill oreilly ; michael savage ; glenn beck ; george w. bush ; dick cheney ; Jonathan V. Last ; rush limbaugh <70277.2502@compuserve.com> It has occured to me that the U. S. energy supply could be bolstered substantially by developing a roofing material that has photo-electric properties similar to the arrays used to make power from sunlight for electronic satellites. In the warmer months it could reduce heat entering structures through the roof while simultaneously generating electric power that could be routed into the grid through transformers, thus simultaneously reducing cooling demand and boosting the power supply. If such materials were put into widespread use, the synergystic effect on the electrical supply and demand would be phenomenal, not to mention the additional "green" benefit of reducing the consumption of fossil fuels and the attendant emissions generated for the production of electrical power. And anyone with a rudimentary grasp of economics knows that if you reduce the demand for oil, you reduce its price.Ta-da! End of 5-24-09 update.)
Update 1-26-11: Here's a concept for the transportation of hydrogen and other cargo from the mid-oceanic "Solar-pop" energy production facilities: outbound transports could have dirigible-like inflatable tanks of sufficient volume to make the craft lighter than air when filled with gaseous hydrogen. The shell could be made of carbon fiber armor plating on the exterior, with an inner "hull" with an ionized, or electrically charged liner to repel hydrogen atoms to prevent "seepage loss" due to the particles' relative small size. On "turnaround" after the hydrogen and other cargo has been delivered, the tanks could be collapsed into pontoons and the craft converted to surface vessels to transport passengers,supplies and commercial cargo back to the port facilities at the mid-oceanic "Solar-pop" production centers.
Another advantage offered by mid-oceanic international transportation hubs is that craft could be segregated to only travel from country of origin to the hub and back. Containers and passengers could be screened before being loaded or boarded onto transports bound for other countries. U.S. domestic travel could revert to Constitutional restrictions on searches and seizures, while international travel would be exempt from the jurisdiction of the United States Constitution, and American Citizens abroad would be subject to international law and treaties.

It's been over a year since the release of the virtual First Amendment petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". America, your government has responded. Treasonously. No wonder there is talk of regulating (censoring) the internet. When I try to "Buzz Up" on Yahoo! News, it just says "Buzzed!" without allowing me to post. It's a Brave New World -Wide -Web, isn't it? Let's see how much restraint the hyper-state has.
In his book, "The Sum of all Fears", Tom Clancy conveyed to me a deep admiration for the inner workings of a two-stage thermonuclear weapon. (I read the book while undergoing malicious prosecution by the Contra Costa County, Ca. district attorney's office. Those involved in the prosecution should appreciate my sentiments. One Shelly Miller comes to mind. What did I tell Referee Berkow to tell you? That court order you were operating under was not a restraining order, it was an epitaph, before the fact. It was obtained by perjury and was in the process of being overturned in the issuing court when you used it to preemptively assault me in a lower court. You think you can just crush a man without consequences? Class is in session.Exercising my covenant rights is not a crime. Apparently, basic due process of law is too much to ask, and failure to be cowed and acquiesce as a white male gospel-believing Christian is a felony offense in the State of California. You should have consulted the wisdom of Solomon.There's a reason police consider domestic disturbances some of the most dangerous calls to respond to. It's reckoning time. I'd say you grabbed the ears of the wrong dog.) In terms of relative timescale, were it not for the rapidity of the nuclear reactions themselves, the high explosive shape charges that initiate the implosion of the fissile "pit" and the high intensity x-ray flux that it emits which is employed to induce the fusion reaction in the secondary stage of the weapon would scatter the whole works in a relatively low-yield cloud of chemical high-explosive destruction. What physicists accomplished in the Teller-Ulam configuration was a means of snatching thermo-nuclear victory from the jaws of chemical high-explosive defeat. While the physical effects of the detonation of the high explosive shape charges plod inward and outward at a relative grass-growing pace, energy from the fission reaction of the imploding plutonium "pit" is captured and focused by a precisely arrayed structure to create and sustain an environment of heat and pressure where subatomic fusion takes place. The nuclear stages of the detonation start and finish instantaneously. What remains of the high explosive detonation and the physical warhead itself at that moment are vaporized as rays of thermonuclear high energy pass through them, having been released as the intended function of the device. The fireball, the light, the heat, the pressure wave, the environmental destruction, the vaporization and permanent shadows of people near ground zero, and the mushroom cloud are all merely the outworkings of that instantaneous blink of subatomic energy. Tom Clancy entitled the chapter describing this sequence "Three Shakes", referring to the duration of the nuclear event itself and alluding to the colloquialism "...in two shakes of a lamb's tail". Glenn Beck enjoined his audience to "pray for time". I say "let there be Light!" Time does not illuminate. Light does.The Rolling Stones notwithstanding, time is not on their side. There was a scene in " We Were Soldiers" where an isolated detachment was hunkered down, trying to survive the night, and one of them said he smelled the enemy. The platoon leader called for illumination, the area was lit up, and sure enough, they were surrounded by the enemy. The illumination enabled them to locate and direct fire upon the enemy, wrecking their stealthy attempt to wipe them out under cover of darkness. "Detonation Broken Arrow" is precisely that kind of revelatory aid. (Tom Clancy was probably the inspiration for the tactic of using edged weapons to gain control of a commercial airliner and convert it to a guided weapon of mass destruction in an attack on an occupied building. In his book "Debt of Honor", a Japanese commercial pilot blocks access to the cockpit and kills his fellow pilot with an airline steak knife, and then crashes his jumbo-jet into the Capitol Building during a joint session of Congress, de-capitating the U.S. Government. "However, an embittered Japan Air Lines pilot, avenging the deaths of his son and brother—killed during the Pacific conflict—flies his Boeing 747 directly into the U.S. Capitol building during the proceedings[1]. Nearly the entire United States presidential line of succession is eliminated, including the President, most of Congress, nearly all of the Cabinet, the Joint Chiefs of Staff, and all nine Supreme Court Justices. Ryan, who had just been confirmed as Vice President moments before, narrowly escapes the attack and is immediately sworn in as President. He begins his term of office in the immediate sequel, Executive Orders." Osama bin-Laden declared 9-11-01 a "great victory". It was clearly their intent to de-capitate the U.S. Government. They should be struck repeatedly upon the head with a shoe. Bin-Laden should have gone into U.S. federal politics, where real damage is being done, and where much lipstick is applied to many a porcine blunder. I wonder if he feels any shame about the fact that he has been used by the binarized U.S. Regime as an overblown bogey-man to induce public acquiescence to removal of Constitutional due-process restraints on domestic government power. What a double boob. And that Iranian Islamic tyrant appealing to white-supremacist radicals in the U.S.? What is that? Prosecuting "jihad" by political suicide? You know how the perpetrators of the 1993 World Trade Center bombing were caught? One of them attempted to recover the security deposit for the rented van they blew up in the parking garage. ("Selah". It means stop and consider that information for a while.) These Islamic "leaders" are so disconnected from the reality of their own incompetence that it beggars belief. No wonder they retain power only by brute force... Kinda sheds some light on the willingness of the Iranian People to cling so courageously to a glimmer of political liberty. Or maybe just Janeane Garafalo in a "lone wolf " role...BTW Janeane, under the heading of "Historical Ignorance": "rednecks" were originally Appalachian coal industry labor organizers identifiable by the red bandannas they wore around their necks. Under the heading of "Ethical Ignorance": painting an entire class of people with a condemnatory brush without giving them a hearing, or worse, making unfounded defamatory declarations as to their motives, is morally indistinguishable from "racism".)
Another Tom Clancy character, an armored cavalry commander, I believe, employed the wisdom in the following amusing vignette in his battlefield strategy: Two bulls, an old one and a young one, stood on a hilltop overlooking the herd. The young one suggested they run down and inseminate one of the heifers. The old one suggested a superior alternative, that they walk down and inseminate all of them. (U//LES) The DHS/Office of Intelligence and Analysis (I&A) has no specific
information that domestic rightwing* terrorists are currently planning acts of violence,
but rightwing extremists may be gaining new recruits by playing on their fears about
several emergent issues. The economic downturn and the election of the first
African American president present unique drivers for rightwing radicalization and
recruitment. (U) Exploiting Economic Downturn
(U//FOUO) Rightwing extremist chatter on the Internet continues to focus on the
economy, the perceived loss of U.S. jobs in the manufacturing and construction sectors,
and home foreclosures. Anti-Semitic extremists attribute these losses to a deliberate
conspiracy conducted by a cabal of Jewish "financial elites." These "accusatory" tactics
are employed to draw new recruits into rightwing extremist groups and further radicalize
those already subscribing to extremist beliefs. DHS/I&A assesses this trend is likely to

I have compiled a fairly comprehensive roster of Constitutional grievances and formulated a virtual electronic petition pursuant to the First Amendment to the United States Bill of Rights soliciting all Oath-bound holders of Public Office, including, of course, DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano herself, to implement emergency redress of those specific grievances, as well as enjoining the lawful aid and support of private American Citizens of good will to exercise their First Amendment rights in circulating and publishing said petition and organizing peacable assemblies. I e-mailed it on Labor Day Weekend, 9-1-08. Bill O'Reilly opened his broadcast from the Republican National Convention that day with the words "...as they say in prison, 'it's all good!' " Dennis Miller, appearing later on in the broadcast, said "... things just got really weird..." Really weird, indeed. It is my opinion that the Department of Homeland Security Intelligence Assessment of April 7, 2009 cited above is an indirect, evasive, subversive, unlawful, contemptuous and vaguely threatening response to the petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". Many of the grievances and materials supporting the petition are represented in the intelligence assessment, except that they are accompanied by dire warnings that such views "fuel violent extremism and radicalization". It is my opinion that the emergence of "Tea Parties" is a diversionary counterfeit of the private citizen dimensions of "Operation Broken Arrow".
(Deliberately non-accusatory language) To Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano and the dominant paradigm for which she stands: I'll see your DHS Report on "Rightwing extremism" and raise you three political commentators:
1. Bill O'Reilly.
While still broadcasting on "The Factor" AM radio program, Mr. O'Reilly took a call from a man during the early part of the Gov. Rod Blagoyevich corruption scandal. The caller voiced objections to the disproportionate amount of attention that "Blagoyo-gate" was garnering while the Federal Government was (and continues to be) recklessly plundering incalculable (and ultimately ludicrous) amounts of the future economic output of the American People in the form of future-taxation-secured debt obligations euphemistically referred to as "financial bailouts". Mr. O'Reilly berated the caller for being preoccupied with circumstances about which there was nothing he could do, and that the American Public should return to squabbling over the trivial "controversies du jour" being served up as weapons of mass distraction by the dominant government/ media paradigm. Mr. O'Reilly and/or his staff at Fox News were in prior receipt of an email from me containing the First Amendment Petition entitled "Operation Broken Arrow". "Operation Broken Arrow" contains very specific, legal and Constitutional steps that private citizens can and should take to seek immediate redress of a fairly comprehensive list of grievances, including the one raised by the caller to "The O'Reilly Factor" radio program concerning the fiduciary crimes being perpetrated through the offices of the United States Federal Government. Mr. O'Reilly's response to the caller's objections demonstrates Mr. O'Reilly's overt alignment with the current dominant government/media paradigm against the reasonable objections of an American Citizen. Mr.. O'Reilly's assertion that there is nothing anyone can do about the situation flies in the face of the specific First Amendment Constitutional provision that the American People have the right to petition the Government for redress of grievances and to reasonably expect a Government bearing true faith and allegiance to the United States Constitution to accord appropriate priority to the redress of those grievances. The current dominant government/media paradigm, which Mr. O'Reilly is willfully aiding and abetting, is, and has been, waging a comprehensive and systematic war of disinformation and misinformation of the American Public against the United States Constitution and its provisions concerning the relationship of the American People to their government and vice versa. Mr. O'Reilly's response to this particular caller, and other statements made by him concerning public acquiescence to the wrongful subjugation of the People by the current dominant government/media paradigm constitute overt acts of Treason, specifically with reference to Mr. O'Reilly's "adhering to their enemies". Mr. O'Reilly aggravates the crime of Treason by assuring his Fox News "O'Reilly Factor " television audience that "the 'Spin' stops right here, because we are definitely looking out for you!" while engaged in these overt acts to induce public acquiescence and its attendant forfeiture of the public's legal rights and interests in favor of those of their wealthy and powerful antagonists in the dominant government/media paradigm.
O'Reilly, ever in control, had picked the best locations for the shoot and timed it so the sun would be in the right location. He shepherded the kids onto a gazebo overlooking the water, and they clustered around him. His own lovely young daughter leaned in affectionately close to her dad. Nobody needed to fake their smiles. O'Reilly had written a story for PARADE called "What Children Can Learn From President Obama." He'd worked hard to get everything right--writing the piece, agreeing to the photo shoot, setting up the location.
"I have a question," I said, as we walked from the gazebo to a waterfront dock.
"Sure," said O'Reilly.
"Why did you write the article? Given your audience and what your fans expect of you, why write something supporting Obama?"
He stood very still for a moment, his tall figure framed against the very blue sky.
"I don't agree with all of Obama's policies," O'Reilly said. "But I admire what he's done as a person. I came from poor circumstances and I'm impressed by how he lifted himself up. I think it's a good lesson, and children can learn from it. We should take positive examples wherever we find them."
With that comment--and his article in PARADE--O'Reilly has also set an example.. We all become too entrenched in our positions--conservative or liberal, for the President or against him.
But life is more nuanced than we are generally willing to admit. We forget that most issues--and people--are complicated, with some parts to admire and others to improve.

In a similar instance on Dennis Miller's AM radio program, a caller to the show voiced frustration that his calls to government offices expressing opposition
to the financial policies of the Federal Government have yielded no relief. Mr. Miller advised the caller to seek solace in some type of philosophical acceptance of the status quo.
The specifics of the charge of Treason with regard to this overt act by Dennis Miller are roughly identical to those in the overt acts attributed to Bill O'Reilly, above.
One mitigating circumstance in Mr. Miller's favor is that he and his staff were not included as recipients of the email containing the

3.Rush Limbaugh.
A caller to his radio program characterized the recent actions of the federal government as warfare.
Rush Limbaugh, in reply, confined the definition of warfare to the popular conception of organized foreign assault with "tanks and guns".
Rush Limbaugh is thus providing rhetorical "aid and comfort" to the binarized regime while contributing to the paralysis of an organized
national defense of the Constitution against its domestic enemies. Rush Limbaugh further aggravated his own condemnation for the crime of Treason by openly declaring that
"we are watching the Constitution being shredded" while advocating only unfocused and topically superficial opposition to
the binarized political debate of the moment and propping up the illusion that there is no ideological continuity between
successive "conservative" and "liberal" presidential administrations when, in fact, George W. Bush and John McCain rolled out the red carpet
for the Obama Administration. Rush Limbaugh recently played a sound bite of Nancy Pelosi rehearsing the ridiculous assertion that if someone
perpetrates an act of violence in opposition to a government policy, that First Amendment expressions of opposition to that policy by other citizens
makes them morally and/or legally culpable for that act of violence. Mr. Limbaugh fails, either willfully, or negligently, to recognize that this is
unconventional warfare against the First Amendment to the Constitution and is therefore yet another overt act of Treason
committed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Nancy Pelosi, and by Mr. Limbaugh's acquiescence in the face of that act.
The fact that this practice is commonplace and elicits no alarm in the dominant government/ media paradigm merely underscores how thoroughly
subjugated and alienated from the Constitution and its enumerated rights the spellbound American Popular culture has become through Luciferian New World Order sorcery.
A certain amount of investigation, polling, staff interviews and program transcript review will be necessary to document the allegations, but they are substantially true and factual.
Acquiescence is the term used to describe an act of a person in knowingly standing by without raising any objection to infringement of his rights, when someone else is unknowingly and honestly putting in his resources under the impression that the said rights actually belong to him. Consequently, the person whose rights are infringed cannot anymore make a claim against the infringer or succeed in an injunction suit due to his conduct. The term is most generally, "permission" given by silence or passiveness. Acceptance or agreement by keeping quiet or by not making objections.
A context wherein "acquiescence" is wrongful: "All that is necessary for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing".

The "AIG bonus debacle" hardly qualifies for this provision of United States v. Carlton. The sheer political ugliness and scapegoating tactics manifested in the dominant government/media paradigm's handling of the "scandal" reflect an illegitimate legislative purpose that runs directly contrary to We, the People's more fundamental Constitutional interest in "the promotion of the domestic tranquility". The organized busing of chronically underemployed "protesters" to the homes of the AIG executives in question is a direct defecation on this more preeminent Constitutional interest. The First Amendment to the Constitution provides that the People have the right to peacably assemble and to petition the government for redress of grievances. The dominant government/media paradigm passively promotes the criminal notion that malcontents have the right to disruptively assemble and harrass, assault and even kill private citizens and misappropriate or destroy property in the advancement of their "cause", however ridiculous, intolerant or unreasonable it may be.
During the Los Angeles riotsin the wake of the infamous 1992 RodneyKing trial, Waters described the violence (in which 58 people were killed) as "a spontaneous reaction to a lot of injustice." She held "economic, social, cultural and political" factors responsible for the disorder.[1] She dismissed the mass black looting of Korean-owned stores by saying: "There were mothers who took this as an opportunity to take some milk, to take some bread, to take some shoes…. They are not crooks." Chanting the radical slogan "No justice, no peace," she attributed the rioters' underlying rage to the federal government's allegedly longstanding "neglect" of America's inner cities.

Liberal blogger Greg Sargent, from his perch at the Washington Post, bemoaned a right-wing mainstream media that excuses the flagrant use of irony by elderly veterans: "Let's face it, if a Democrat did this, there would be days of media outrage about it. Not to state the obvious or anything, but right-wing terrorists have been known to kill American citizens."
Not to state the obvious or anything, but the climate of paranoia and violence that enveloped our political system this August was largely a creation of people like Matthews and Olbermann. The edge on which we're dancing is about as dangerous as the one Ren McCormack danced on at the Beaumont prom in Footloose.

I would like to add Craig T. Nelson to the roster of specific people to be prosecuted for treason as a stipulation of "Operation Broken Arrow". He appeared on Glenn Beck's Fox News TV show declaring that he will decline to pay his taxes to express his opposition to government policy. This practice will discredit Constitutional and lawful opposition to government policy and strengthen the hand of the government and the domestic enemies of the Constitution and of the American People against them. Craig T. Nelson is acting as an agent provocateur for the binary regime in this instance and as such is guilty of treason as defined in the United States Constitution. Due to the popularity of Glenn Beck's Fox News venue, Mr. Nelson committed this overt act in front of multiplied thousands of witnesses. The "under cover" aspect of Mr.. Nelson's role as an agent provocateur is that he purports to be acting on his own recognizance, which is patently absurd in that Mr. Nelson could not possibly be that intellectually deficient. He, and those he is aiding and abetting, are counting on the intellectual deficiencies of many in the viewing audience, of which there are certain to be some, who will fail to discern the folly of Mr. Nelson's counsel and "leadership". There is a prevalent idea that the power of God in a human life should lift us above all trials and conflicts. The fact is, the power of God always brings a conflict and a struggle. One would have thought that on his great missionary journey to Rome, Paul would have been carried by some mighty providence above the power of storms and tempests and enemies. But, on the contrary, it was one long, hard fight with persecuting Jews, with wild tempests, with venomous vipers and all the powers of earth and hell, and at last he was saved, as it seemed, by the narrowest margin, and had to swim ashore at Malta on a piece of wreckage and barely escape a watery grave.
Was that like a God of infinite power? Yes, just like Him. And so Paul tells us that when he took the Lord Jesus Christ as the life of his body, a severe conflict immediately came; indeed, a conflict that never ended, a pressure that was persistent, but out of which he always emerged victorious through the strength of Jesus Christ.
The language in which he describes this is most graphic. "We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed, always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be manifested in our body."
What a ceaseless, strenuous struggle! It is impossible to express in English the forcible language of the original. There are five pictures in succession. In the first, the idea is crowding enemies pressing in from every side, and yet not crushing him because the police of heaven cleared the way just wide enough for him to get through. The literal translation would be, "We are crowded on every side, but not crushed."
The second picture is that of one whose way seems utterly closed and yet he has pressed through; there is light enough to show him the next step. The Revised Version translates it, "Perplexed but not unto despair." Rotherham still more literally renders it, "Without a way, but not without a by-way."
The third figure is that of an enemy in hot pursuit while the divine Defender still stands by, and he is not left alone. Again we adopt the fine rendering of Rotherham, "Pursued but not abandoned."
The fourth figure is still more vivid and dramatic. The enemy has overtaken him, has struck him, has knocked him down. But it is not a fatal blow; he is able to rise again. It might be translated, "Overthrown but not overcome."
Once more the figure advances, and now it seems to be even death itself, "Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus." But he does not die, for "the life also of Jesus" now comes to his aid and he lives in the life of another until his life work is done.
The reason so many fail in this experience of divine healing is because they expect to have it all without a struggle, and when the conflict comes and the battle wages long, they become discouraged and surrender. God has nothing worth having that is easy. There are no cheap goods in the heavenly market. Our redemption cost all that God had to give, and everything worth having is expensive. Hard places are the very school of faith and character, and if we are to rise over mere human strength and prove the power of life divine in these mortal bodies, it must be through a process of conflict that may well be called the birth travail of a new life.. It is the old figure of the bush that burned, but was not consumed, or of the Vision in the house of the Interpreter of the flame that would not expire, notwithstanding the fact that the demon ceaselessly poured water on it, because in the background stood an angel ever pouring oil and keeping the flame aglow.

Prologue:
A light-colored station wagon drives through the fog up to an old, dusty baroque mansion. 7. Friends- This may be a cop out, but I would definitely have to pick the last scene of the series. The gang leaves the apartment for the last time, and the camera returns to a final pan around the room. Big fans of the show like myself can see all the scenes that happened there over the past decade, and it's so sad to see it empty. On the Glenn Beck Fox News Channel broadcast, Frank Luntz has been counseling "Tea Party" participants on how to word their signs and frame their objections / point of view more effectively. The First Amendment does not mention a right to public demonstrations. That is a changeling, legally and Constitutionally irrelevant rite, not a Constitutional Right. Promoting it as a substitute for the right to peacably assemble and to petition the government for redress of grievances is unconventional, subjugatory warfare and as such, is treason, Mr. Luntz. Those are the only "words that will work" to end the game of "keep-away" that the dominant government/ media paradigm is playing with the rights and property of the American People. No more "Taking Evasive Action" Parties. No more debating health care, foreign policy, Dave Letterman, the "outing" of Valerie Jarrett or Plame or Joe Wilson's role on the Roll... it is "Operation Broken Arrow" or it is Treason.
Operation Broken Arrow is a Constitutional coup d'état to relieve the changeling United States Government of power and put it back in its Constitutional box.

Back in 1982 or '83, I was watching the INXS video "The One Thing" on MTV. I heard the Voice of the Lord utter the words, "They have provoked Me." in my ear. I assumed at the time that He was referring to INXS, especially after the "Devil Inside" content of their album "Kick". I interpreted the images of Michael Hutchence and a food-laden table as a desecration of the Lord's Table and that this was what was meant by "they" and "provoked". I have since come to realize, as many who have read my expositional writings can attest, that He was referring to the Illuminati and the New World Order. It was Michael Hutchence' "suicide" and his association with Bob Geldof that illuminated the scope of what the Lord had in view when He said "they" and "provoked". What you are witnessing is a tiny sample of what happens when you "provoke" Him. There is a bumper sticker that discourages "meddling in the affairs of dragons". Tolkien observed the folly of leaving a dragon out of your calculations.. In the sight of THE LORD GOD OMNIPOTENT, JESUS CHRIST, dragons are pavement. Or fireplace ornaments.
